Hello there! Today is the day we adopt out Acornfall and Briarmask's children, as a few have gone inactive/their rper has lost interest. Kestrelkit is the oldest of the eight and Lightkit the second youngest.
Important things to note
- Kestrelkit is currently questioning his gender, so please keep that in mind (eventually changing to female presenting)!
- Lightkit has never been rped, so not much is set in stone except her appearance!
- The kits are 3 moons old as of today, and age up 1 moon on the first of every month.
- They are a very close-knit family, when one family member is involved in something usually the rest are dragged into it lol
- The family is close with Nightwhisper and Weepingwillow's family (/@_Nacht_Mango-_-) so they'll be seeing a lot of each other and would know them well.

Kestrelkit is very much like his father, loud, joking, and somewhat of a class clown. But he's serious when it comes to training or wanting to learn, and from time to time goes just ominously silent for days.

appearance: a white and pale brown tabby with soft, light yellow eyes. her fur is short and she's below-average size. one of her ears is curled.
lightkit is an unusually quiet, curious little she-cat. she often watches her clanmates play and talk with each other, simply content observing, and sometimes (accidentally) gets into trouble when no one is looking. instead of going out to play games and explore, lightkit enjoys staying with briarmask in the nursery, and being close to her dad whenever she can.
part of the reason for her silence is just lightkit's shy personality, but she was also born with poor vision and hearing. though she's not completely blind or deaf, lightkit can't see or hear things too far away, which makes it hard for her to learn to speak. to a cat who experiences the world typically, being lightkit would feel like everything is muffled. since she's never known anything else, lightkit doesn't mind it at all. she just has to get extra close to her clanmates to talk with them.
due to her introverted nature and difficulty interacting with others, lightkit tends to be more oblivious than the rest of her peers. she rarely hears the standard rumors and gossip, and is slow to learn how to make friends in a "normal" way. she probably doesn't understand how passive-aggressiveness works either, lol. though this all will likely cause problems in the future, it also makes it so lightkit is authentic to herself, not scared of others judging her. she's sweet, honest, inquisitive and quite clever, when she gets her moment to shine.
