Yes!! Bumblestar was willing to see her! The kitten rushed into the den, not even paying attention to the noise of her leader suggesting her not quite believing in the seriousness of such a guard. She practiced this, she needed to show her leader that she was a respectable and smart and reliable. Rosekit stopped in front of the leader and after offering a small dip of her head in polite greeting jumped right into this supposed Flower Guard. "Yes! I'm the head of the guard, and while we maybe don't have any members right now... I will soon!" The kitten wouldn't mumble because that wasn't proper but she wouldn't exactly proclaim the lack members as excitedly as the rest of her report.
"This happened some time ago now, but Bearsnarl had been pointlessly rude to another warrior. See, Fawnshadow offered to go out hunting with Bearsnarl and he was very grumpy and said, 'you won't be able to keep up, Fawnshadow.' He never even apologized for it." The kitten huffed, recalling the encounter and how the warrior has been seen a whole lot less recently. Though it was on the lesser side of things and even now she could see her previous assessment of exile was a bit harsh, perhaps a punishment was in order if that warrior wanted to throw shade at his own clan mates so leniently.
"Then there was something that happened between M//ountaintalon, those traitors, Nettlepaw, and Dragonflycliff... I came in a bit late and I wasn't too concerned before because it seemed handled but then the traitor ghost thing happened, and I realized that that was what they were talking about. Dragonflycliff seemed in favor of whatever that traitor ash was saying and so I wanted to launch an investigation to make sure she has no ties with that nasty ghost!" Of course, she wanted to bring her concerns up with Bumblestar first before going ahead with an investigation. For as much as Rosekit wanted to be seen as capable, she was also very young and didn't even have her 'paw name yet. "With your permission, of course."
The kitten waited for a moment before speaking again, "I... I'm working on getting better. I've been practicing my hunting crouch and battling skills with spars with other kits. I'm trying to be a good leader for when I have more cats in my guard, and also because I don't want any other cats going missing like my Drizzlemama and older sister. I wanted.. to ask.." Rosekit paused, and waited for a moment just breathing slowly so that she wouldn't start crying again because this was supposed to be a formal, professional meeting and cats don't cry during those. She missed her missing family, but this was to prevent anyone else in it and the clan from leaving. "I wanted to know how you keep leading even when everything feels so..." The russet tabby tried and failed to properly explain how she was feeling and instead just fell quiet in wait for a response.
She managed to keep her general disinterest and displeasure concealed as Rosekit rattled off things she didn't quite care about. Most of it wasn't anything that would cause lingering issues, so she was content to brush it off and ignore it. The only time her ears perked up was at the mention of the ghost, irritation making her upper lip twitch in response. "No." Her response was sharp. "No one's doin' anything with that ghost, least of all someone your age. Don't need you pokin' around where you shouldn't be 'n gettin' hurt." Nettlepaw had seemed solid, anyway. At least, Bumblestar had no reason now to be suspicious of the apprentice when they had made it very clear they weren't interested in any further contact with Ashpaw or the entity. But Dragonflycliff... hm. Maybe she'd have to talk to the warrior when she wasn't feeling like clawing someone's ears off for looking at her the wrong way.
She offered a supportive grunt in response to the kit's self-reported progress. The lingering question made her pause, though, and she finally lifted her chin, tail sweeping across the den floor as she turned her words over in her head. (Trying to ignore the reminder that Drizzlecloud was, in fact, gone as well.)
"My life's been filled authority figures who never gave a damn about this Clan," was the answer she settled on. "'Till I came around and took the head, that is. I keep goin' 'cause I dunno if anyone else would be capable of it, 'n I refuse to let everything I've built for nearly two season-cycles come crashin' down again. My duty doesn't stop just 'cause I'm feelin' bad."

Rosekit
The kitten flinched a little, but quickly tried to remain neutral and polite, her ears ever so slightly lowered after the leader shut down the investigation swiftly. It was something that Rosekit had been expecting given her age but it still made her feel like there was something more she could be doing. Maybe not the investigation but anything else of importance? "Okay, I'll stay away from anything with the ghost. I'm.. sorry if I made you upset at all." She fell quiet again as the leader started to answer her question. Explaining Thunderclan and her role in it, and in the end the answer to her question was right in front of her nose.
You don't stop being a leader just because you are feeling bad. That made sense... but at the same time, that sounded so lonely. Having to be on top of everything within the clan without faltering even when you are feeling bad. Does Bumblestar have anyone that she can just be a cat around and not have to be Thunderclan's leader always? "I see. Thank you." Rosekit had already made Bumblestar upset once and getting into personal topics like that never did well when it was someone not close. Rosekit would know, having yelled at countless cats that tried to act sorry to her and her litter after they lost Poppykit.
"Is there anything I can do? Besides my training, I just... I want to help the clan but sometimes I just don't know how to." All she knows how to do is learn and maintain patterns. Taking note of poor behavior and scolding but surely there must be more that she could be doing for Thunderclan, even though she was stuck in camp until she finally receives her paw name. After that she could at least start hunting and doing border patrols and keeping track of the world outside as well as inside... but she didn't want to sit idly until then.
OrangeFlower padded up to BumbleStars den carefully. She was sure now. She had to be sure now. FoxSkipper…after her father death, he was all she had. And he became her father…and now he was gone too. And…well…he always wanted her to follow her own dreams. That’s what she was doing. She had to do this, for herself and for him. For the cat that would never get to see her follow her passion, for the cat that would never get to…to meet her amazing and lovely mate officially. The thoughts made her heart hurt, but that’s what she’s use to push herself to her goal.
“BumbleStar, may I come in? I have a question.” she asked politely from outside the den. Upon permission being granted, the warrior would step inside and dip her head to the leader respectfully. She wouldn’t waste time with this request, she’d get right to the point. “I’ve…I’ve had something on my mind for a while. I don’t see anything wrong with being a warrior, but I think I could better fulfill the role of being a forever queen. I’ll do anything I need to prove it.”
Blame it on curiosity. Blame it on his need to make sure he was...passing. Going above and beyond. Although outwardly he did his best to make sure he showed no signs of excitement, stress, pressure, or fear. He definitely felt it on the inside. More often than not, he'd gotten upset stomachs from the sheer worry. But, he needed to make sure he was the mature one in his family. Most of his siblings not exuding that, they're more carefree and un distressed.
He envied them at times. But now wasn't the time to dwell on that. After all, he had a few questions for his former mentor. He awaited outside the den after giving the leaves and foliage on the outside a gentle rustle. Making sure she knew he was here before he announced "Bumblestar? May I speak with you?".
Until she gave him the okay. He would sit, and wait. It's not like he had much going on. He had no friends, but he was fine with that, and his siblings (mainly his sisters) didn't need any favors from him, so he was fine in that aspect as well. It didn't stop the unease of the fact that, there was something. Itching beneath his skin, clinging to his bones and weighing him down. But he kept is dissinterested expression as best he could.

Blood was always a sickening scent, but to a select few, it was an intoxicating one.
The warrior standing before the Leader's Den was one of those select few. Her paws were tinged in blood, her mouth over salivating from the flesh and fur that hung from her jaws, and her eyes held a wild light. Maybe it wasn't the pelt that Bumblestar asked for, but she didn't come back empty-pawed either.
Now, she wasn't going to enter the den and stink up the entire log. No. Instead, she'd drop the gray pelt at the entrance, pushing it into the log as her greeting to the leader. It was in pristine condition, aside from the drool mark from where she held it. The stink didn't come from the pelt, either. Treetiger had taken the time coming back from camp to lessen the loner scent on it by rolling it in moss.
The blood stench came from her paws. They weren't coated in it, but it was clear she didn't take the time to fully clean them off. Purposefully or not? It was hard to know without being inside that scrambled mind of hers.
Assuming Bumblestar would come investigate, she'd dip her head momentarily. Regardless if the leader made her appearance through the lichen, she'd speak. "I took Orangeflower, Dragonflycliff, and Sweetswan. We couldn't find Foxstep, but I found this loner out there. I refused to come back empty-pawed, so I offer their pelt for now," she spoke, her voice holding a low confidence that it usually lacked.

He'd avoided this den for so long as well as the cat who inhabited it, and it made his fur stand on end being near it, let alone entering it. He lingered at the entry for a minute to make his presence known before hobbling in, leaning against the wall as he once did when he frequented visits to bumble. "...Bumble? Needa notify ya on somethin," he explained to her. "Lightnin'paw was late durin a patrol, said her patrolmates were faster or somethin, and reported late. But I've noticed that as long as I've been alive, she's carried the paw name, so I'd assume she's been an apprentice longer then i've walked on this plane of existence. Just figured you should be aware," Wolfhawk explained, shuffling his paws in such a way he wouldn't lose balance. He didn't immediately leave, as the leader might have somethin to say to him [and he hoped that they would be able to speak to her as well].
