He watched Crow slip into the shadows of the forest for a moment before letting out a small hum and going his own direction.
He followed the smell of a nearby rabbit,
watching his paws as he treaded closer as to not alert the creature.
He observed its actions for a moment, making sure he was in the clear as he snuck further closer.
He paused for a moment before pouncing,
catching the rabbit and holding it down until the struggle left its body.
His ear flicked as he sat it down,
analyzing his work before finding a good spot for a hole to temporarily burry it as he kept hunting.

Crowbones, on the other paw, wasn't able to find a single stars-damned piece of prey. With a grunt of frustration he stalked back to the tree, pupils slitted and tail lashing. He needed blood in his jaws, the feeling of flesh under his claws. And he couldn't take that out on Aspeneye. Something about that felt- weird. He wasn't used to not wanting to kill.

Crowbones licked his chest fur, trying to calm his nerves before he released them on Aspeneye, who was innocent in this whole debacle.

Singe looked around a bit more a bit zoned off.
He caught a few more prey in silence.
He walked back to his hole and paused, realizing he shifted-.
Before Singe could fully process it he glanced over at Crow who just walked out of the shadows.
His face dusted with a bit of blush.
O-oh right. He was hunting with... Crow..

While Aspen was mostly indifferent-
Singe may or might have a HUGE crush on Crow...
Though he never really- talked to him per say?
Just kind of watched.. from afar.. alone..
Singe goddamnit stop being creepy!

He shook his head in an attempt to compose himself and tried to speak up,
though it came out much more awkward than he wanted it too-


"H-hey! uhh- did you- did you find anything?"

He said, putting on a small smile.
He wasn't sure what triggered the shift..
but he was too flustered to think about it at the moment-.
