*Wolf smiled and threw her arms around her new friend, her hands resting against his shoulder blades for a moment before she pulled away. Her face was happy* Thank you... I am glad you'll join me... *her face turned sad, and she looked off into the distance, a farway, daydream look on her face* I have always been... alone. I am glad I am not that anymore.... *she nervously looked down at her feet, her dove white hair sparkling in the overhead light in the kitchen*

"Alone?" he pondered on her statement for a bit. He'd never put much thought into what life would be like if he hadn't had as many friends surrounding him. They were his life, and he wondered what she thought of friendship itself, if she'd almost never experienced it. Maybe she might be more thankful for it than he, or maybe she wouldn't understand, or would feel cast away by him. It was a fine, dangerous line, though maybe he could help in such a situation.
"Well... I'm glad I met you." a smile lay upon his face as he glanced at her, patting her shoulder with a comforting hand. He really was quite happy to have met her. She seemed very interesting, at least, and eager to accept his friendship. Maybe there was no such issue after all. Could he erase any issues from his mind?

"Practice? Right now?" it seemed so soon, but it was no issue to him. He had spare time, and it would be a good bonding exercise, as long as his aim wasn't too shoddy. That was the big issue, she'd have to spend a lot of time teaching him. "I'm ready if you are." he shrugged compliantly, stretching in preparation.

Jack stayed asleep for a long while before waking up. He blinked and then stretched.
