I couldn't figure out why you'd want to stick around for longer than a few minutes of my mousescat. So you also puzzled me, because you just refused to let me sink back into my hole of distance and hatred. And I'm glad you didn't, because as much as I said I wanted to be left alone, I didn't deep down." She paused for a moment, her gaze unmoving from Thunderstorm, "So I guess you could say: annoyed, confused, and deep down, grateful!" As she finished speaking, she looked at fhe scenery once more, thinking, before returning her light green orbs back to him. "What'd you first think of me?" She returned the question, genuinely curious now that he'd asked her the question.

Thunderstorm felt his ears heat slightly at her question, and he swallowed a little. "I, uh... I thought you were pretty," He mewed. Then again, back then he had been pretty quick to deem a she cat pretty, though he hadn't been anywhere as quick to claim them. "And I thought you were fiery. I knew every cat had a good side, and I really wanted to find yours - so I stuck around, even though sometimes I wasn't sure I was going to be able to hang out with you anymore. I thought you deserved better - and I was kinda glad that I was your only friend at the time." Thunderstorm felt his ears heat again. That must have sounded rather self centered, but it was what he had felt back then. Back then he hadn't been the same cat he was now. He believed Tawnyflight deserved so many more friends, as most cats thought of their close friends... but the grey tom really, really believed it. Tawnyflight deserved the best of everything. She deserved a better friend then him, and he hoped that maybe someday... in the future... they would be mates. It was a dream he wouldn't share, not yet, even though she already knew that he loved her. She loved him. So shouldn't they be together? But, Thunderstorm wanted to wait until his warrior life was settled. And then - maybe then - his future with Tawnyflight would be clearer and more certain. But until that moment, he would have to be... careful.

Tawnyflight's ears grew warm as he mentioned he had thought she was pretty and she looked to the scenery around them once more. She wasn't aware that he thought that back then. The tawny tabby knew she wasn't the best looking she-cat in all the Clans or anything, but she knew she wasn't bad looking either; she just wasn't one to embrace her looks or use them to take advantage of others like some cats would. Tawnyflight listened to hin continue, and silently nodded when he mentioned there were times he was unsure about hanging out with her. She could definitely understand that, she must've been difficult to deal with back then. At the time, Tawnyflight hadn't had any friends except Thunderstorm. As time went by, though, and she learned to be kind to others, she had more friends and wouldn't hesitate to try and make more. Thunderstorm remained her best friend, though, and always would, no matter what happened. Even if, as Tawnyflight hoped, they became mates later on, he'd remain her best friend. She loved him in a romantic way, yes, but that didn't mean he couldn't still be her closest friend as well, even if and when they might become mates. "I can definitely understand you being unsure in the past," she finally laughed, "And thanks for thinking I was pretty." She laughed again, before looking at him again. "I'm glad you stuck around. I've probably said that a lot, byt it's true. I'm not sure how I'd act right now if it weren't for you, Thunder."

"You're quite welcome," The grey tom purred with a smile at her 'thank you.' He glanced over at Tawnyflight, the smile still present on his features. Right now? She meant everything to him. "I... know someone would have come along eventually, Tawny. I knew somewhere inside you was a great cat. It was just a matter of finding her since she had been gone for a while." The tom mewed, although he could feel himself heating up at her words. Her praise always made him feel somewhat better about himself. The fact that she thought so highly of him was amazing... it was perfect... and Thunderstorm could see good things happening in his and Tawnyflight's future. He was confident they would become mates someday. It was bound to happen, wasn't it? Thunderstorm could hope that they would, anyways... his confidence faltered a little at the thought of her saying 'no,' the thought of her finding someone else, but he quickly shook that thought aside. That would be a bridge to be crossed when they came to it. For now, he would enjoy his treasured time with an even more treasured friend. Spending time with Tawnyflight was one of the ways that Thunderstorm most enjoyed spending his time. Because, after all, she was a cat to be taken care of. There were certain cats you just knew you would want to spend forever with when you looked at them. And Tawnyflight? She was one of those cats.

Re: RiverClan Territory
@Clover
The young feline was crouched underneath a damp juniper bush, her ears flattened against her head and her whiskers sagging due to the weight of the rain. She watched the river before her slowly drift by, drops of water disturbing the surface. She watched the river eat away at either side of it, dragging clumps of earth into its dark depths. The nameless feline shuddered, pulling her limbs closer in an attempt to warm her chilled body. Her multicolored pelt seemed to weigh her down, almost as if it were reaching for the ground and trying to disassemble itself from her skin. In general, she was as miserable as possible. She had just lost her parents whom had heartlessly abandoned her though she still yearned for their acceptance. She was lost in a storm after having given up on attempting to find her way to the filthy city she called home. Dried blood stained her pelt from wounds that had been given to her by her parents or the unfamiliar terrain. And she was sure she would ache later, sore from everything she's experienced. Now, though, her green eyes were lost and distant, like she's given up - which she has. She had nowhere to go, nobody to look after her. She figured she'd simply lie in wait for the next obstacle she was positive would soon appear.

Re: RiverClan Territory
When the she-cat came to realize, she was now alone the scent has gone.
Fox-dung! She hissed to herself. She decided to hunt. She was so hungry that any cat cloud see her ribs! She relocated the river she found earlier. She crouched down staring sternly at the river, waiting. A fish popped up and she swung a paw at it. She trembled though knowing she caught it. It wasn't the best she could find. But she ate it, tasting the most prey she had in moons! Once she finished she curled up.

He could see how learning to be a warrior once more would be hard... and the dark tom tried to think of something comforting and great to say. Why wasn't he good at this? A pause before he gently brushed his tail against her, just to let Lostusheart know he was there. For her. "C'mon. I want to show you something." There were always certain topics that Jasperpelt's voice would remain steady on. Things he liked. Things that were important to him. Small talk had never been the easiest, the 'hi, how are you' parts of conversations had left him tongue-tied every time. Once they could move on from that? It was almost like nothing had ever happened. Depending, of course, on the level of anxiety Jasperpelt had at that time as well.

Lotusheart let out a little chuckle of mischief before Jasperpelt began to lead her somewhere. Curiosity crept slowly over her pelt and before she knew it, she was feeling like a kit again, wanting to explore and see the world. There was even a little bounce in her step as she followed the ebony tom through the territory. "What are you going to show me?" she inquired after a short amount of time walking. She was genuinely curious and it was going to kill her if Jasperpelt didn't say something. The Maine Coon's paced varied too. Sometimes she sped past Jasperpelt and sometimes she was tail-lengths away from him, but she was always hovering around the tom. Her fluffy tail twitched behind her as her emerald orbs focused on the territory around them, memorizing just how to get where Jasperpelt was going. Perhaps she'd come to the place in future reference? She'd love to see the cave he brought her too again, but alas, Loutsheart didn't memorize where it was. Man, her kits would've loved it.

Hollydawn stalked around the territory looking for prey when she caught the scent of mouse. She walked quietly towards the smell until she saw it, scurrying among some tree roots, she stalked forward slowly until she was a mouse length away and pounced. She landed on it but it wriggled free and bolted away and Hollydawn was left with no mouse. She lashed her tail once,"Fox dung!" She hissed under her breath.

Seafang saw the mouse and killed by using the scruff shake move and saw the other cats who looked irate . She walked forward and broke a twig or two and stop mid way that hollydawn could see her . Seafang was russet brown blue eyes and one scar on her uper lip and her left ear torn off . She gulped holding the mouse in her mouth and mubled " is this yours? "

Hollydawn stiffened when she heard a voice. She turned to see a russet she-cat holding the mouse that had escaped her. She growled,"Who are you?" She glanced at the stranger, then at the mouse she was holding. It was indeed the mouse she had scared away,"And what are you doing in RiverClan territory?" She asked, trying to sound as menacing as possible.
