If we are to ask you of anything and you refuse, we could easily take what we want-not that we would anything from you and your shady clanmates." He patted himself on the back for his last pun. "Goldeneye, is it?" He asked, pretending to be naive, "If you are to stay here, you must do things our way. Hunting is a great example. Sure you could try hunting how you normally do it, but if you haven't noticed, we don't have many trees here for woodland prey." He said gazing at the open clearing before looking at the ShadowClan deputy smugly. "However, we have plenty of fish.In fact, I was about to go out and get some minnows for my mate. Maybe you could learn a thing or two from me." He said, suggesting a fishing trip down to the river. "Or are you scared to get your paws wet?"

Goldeneye resisted the urge to glare at Fogfur. The deputy had tried to be nice and this was the result? Classic Riverclan. "I'm aware of that," the tom muttered as Fogfur spoke about Shadowclan owing Riverclan. I can only hope they won't waste that favor in something stupid he thought to himself, before listening to the tom again. Maybe this tom was just stuck up, which Goldeneye hoped was the case. Then again, Halestar had told him Riverclan couldn't be trusted, so he didn't know. Some of the cats seemed pretty nice, so, well, there was that. "Yes, it's Goldeneye," the tom muttered, rolling his golden and green orbs. Hearing Fogfur talk about hunting, he awkwardly nodded. Despite being Eager to learn, he had to contain his excitement, only to not be teased. "Fine," he said silently. "Maybe I'll be able to catch something for my mate as well," He added, as, while Bella might hate the smell of fish, he would have to see if Bella hated the taste of fish. He had one bite of fish a long time ago, when he was an apprentice and accidentally fell into a creek. A fish had found its way into his mouth, and he ended up accidentally swollowing it. He had actually found it pretty good, and had longed for the day when he could try it again. Here was his chance! However, he still forced himself not to look too excited, looking at Fogfur quietly.

He wasn't prepared to be woken from his nap by a group of screeching mollies...well by one molly. "She is her own cat, but I wouldn't mind a little reunion of sorts." He said.

Lynxsky blinked," I know she's her own cat now, but I still think its too young to make a decision of where you live... Besides to me, she's still my little kit, unable to open her eyes and needing my milk."
Lobsterpaw narrowed his eyes," you don't see me as febile do you?"
Lynxsky purred," You'll always be my lone tom-kit, and precious runt."
Lobsterpaw bit his lip.
Honeypaw knew already that she'd be her mother's little cutie and she didn't want and confirmation so she didn't say anything.
Applepaw glared at her mother,"Why swimming, why not fishing or land hunting?"
Lynxsky purred,"We don't do much land fishing- I mean hunting...and I'm trying to remind you of the joys of swimming which fishing can't show you.."
Applepaw growled,"I'm not rejoining Riverclan!"

Fogfur gave a glance at his mate and their son who were talking together. Snowyfur looked awful and he felt just as awful for ignoring her.
He had brought this upon her. If he had comforted her and just tried to talk things out with her... He tore his eyes away. After this, I'll bring her a bunch of minnows and talk with her. The RiverClan tom promised himself before looking at Goldeneye. "You're lucky it's greenleaf. The water's perfect to swim in if you want to. Not to mention pretty shells and stones." He said as he got up to stretch. Giving his long grey fur a few licks, he turned back to the deputy. "Shall we be off then?" He asked rather impatiently, wanting to get out of camp as soon as possible. He jumped off his perch and landed before trotting over to the entrance.

You eat fish, so what’s so bad about toads? Also, I should point out that we eat frogs, toads are much bitter in taste. I suggest you know a bit about Shadowclan before you try to insult it, idiot.” Newtpaw then got close to the older apprentice, “And don’t think I won’t teach you another lesson if I see you around me or Lionpaw.” The she-cat backed up a few steps, looking to her spot under the tree where Lionpaw was. “Now then, will you leave us alone now? I have much better things to be doing than hanging around rotten crowfood that accidentally got dragged into camp.” Newtpaw spat, her whiskers twitching.

Lionpaw watched the whole ordeal with wide eyes, and was surprised when Newtpaw suddenly shot to her paws, shoving the bully and even scratching his face. He didn't interfere with any of it and stayed where he was, albiet sitting up and wrapping his tail around himself, resting it on his paws. This was not his fight, and he knew it; he felt proud of his friend. She was standing up for herself and showing Lobsterpaw that she wasn't a weak, short-legged apprentice. When she joined him again and finished telling the RiverClan apprentice off, he felt a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. "That," he began, "was awesome, Newt-Newt!"

“Let’s see you attract a mate with that look, fishbreath.” The small apprentice sneered and swiftly turned on her paws, kicking some dirt up with her back paws towards him as she padded back to her shaded spot under a tree with her best friend, Lionpaw, who seemed to be looking at her with pure amazement. Newtpaw smiled up at the larger, golden brown-furred male and sat down beside him, licking some of the foxheart’s blood off her paw and spitting out the nasty, salty material out into the dirt. “You think so?” The short-legged female purred, her ears perking up at the tom-cat’s praise, “I mean, I won’t lie, it felt good to do that - stand up for myself and show that idiot how strong I can actually be.” Newtpaw unsheathed her claws and at this moment, she felt proud of herself and knew that never again would she let someone pick on her, or Lionpaw, ever again.

CloverCarnation just shook it off and glared at his mate like it was her fault. CottonFlower hung her head in shame. " Th-thank you..."

Re: RiverClan Clearing
[ @Jay-Jay ]
Brindlefawn was laying on her side in a shaded patch of the clearing, her head propped up as she listened to all of what was going on around her intently, though trying to tune out anyone who seemed to be having a private conversation, not wanting to eavesdrop them. Mostly she heard talk of ShadowClan and for a moment wondered if Guardianheart was here, but then she shook herself, not wanting to get her hopes up, and then she remembered what had happened, and really hoped that Guardianheart would be here, otherwise she knew that something could easily be wrong. Sighing, the RiverClan molly pulled herself into a sitting position and wrapping her tortoiseshell tail over her paws, waiting for something to happen. Seeing as she was rather bored, she wanted to talk with somebody for a bit, and Brindlefawn didn't care what Clan they were in, whether it be ShadowClan or RiverClan.

A small tom padded over to Brindlefawn. "Hello. " He purred. "Glad to see you." He added (sorry short)

Goldeneye couldn't help but wonder if the tom was okay. He had seen him practically staring at a she-cat and what appeared to be her kit. Something like that anyways. Either way, he said nothing, not wanting to say the wrong thing and just get mocked even more. Maybe he was just lost in thought, Golden had no idea. "If I could swim, then I would probably do that," the tom laughed. Though the idea of shells and pretty stones sounded nice to him. He hadn't seen many shells before, though he had seen plenty of stones. He wondered what a Riverclan cat's definition of pretty was. He guessed, however, that he would have to see. The deputy got up reasonably quickly, as he was still somewhat unnerved from the flood. And who could blame the deputy for that? He was still searching every couple of minutes to make sure that everyone was still in the camp. At least Shadowclan-wise. This small break with Fogfur might help him relax a bit, the tom would see. "You lead the way," he said calmly, looking at Fogfur, his golden and green orbs glancing around the clearing once more, before following the Riverclan Tom.
