Sometimes the River Needs a Little Shadow.

Yes I know.. lame title.. meh.)

[CENTER]Floatingbark is a nobody. She follows the herd, she does as she's told, she hunts, she fights. What else to Clan life is there? Oh, yes, mates. Kits even! Floatingbark never thought about either thing, she is just a blank slate. However, when the whole of ShadowClan enters RiverClan, Floatingbark realizes sometimes Clanlife isn't just following orders.

[Tom 1] is struggling to fit in, and wonders if this is the place where ShadowClan really should be. Floatingbark makes an attempt to be more than just a stone-faced soldier. More than a blank slate. Floatingbark approaches [Tom 1] and introduces herself. At first, [Tom 1] is hostile, but soon recovers and decides to use a more friendly approach. After all, he does have to stay in RiverClan until the flood disperses. Floatingbark bonds with [Tom 1] and soon finds out she has romantic feelings for him. Wistful and giddy, Floatingbark declares her love for [Tom 1] after several more sunrises of bonding. [Tom 1] has feelings for Floatingbark as well, but is unsure about their differences. He soon declines. Floatingbark felt crushed, but soon got over it. Who needed him anyway?

Now, [Tom 2] comes into her life. He is from ShadowClan as well. Perhaps it was because of [Tom 1] and [Tom 2's] similarities, but she fell head over paws for this tom as well! [Tom 2], however, is manipulative and maybe even a little abusive. Floatingbark doesn't realize this. [Best Friend] warns Floatingbark about [Tom 2], but haughtily, (put 'hello' in the other section)Floatingbark ignored her friend. [Tom 2] and Floatingbark bond some more, and fight some more. That is, until one day, [Tom 1] comes to her, and confesses that he realized his true feelings for her, and would willingly break the code for her. Floatingbark is caught off guard, and is now torn between [Tom 1] and [Tom 2].

Floatingbark says she needs time to think. The toms back off, but become hostile towards each other as time passes. Floatingbark thinks and thinks and thinks, until one day. A familiar squirming only a she-cat could recognize stirred her belly. Horrified, Floatingbark realized she was expecting kits. Kits! How could she have kits? Now, she has to figure out who's kits they are. [Tom 1's]? Or [Tom 2's]?

Floatingbark runs to her [Mother] for help. While explaining her problems, her [Mother] comforts her and supports her. However, she gives no advice. Disappointed, Floatingbark walks away. [Best Friend] catches Floatingbark, and begins to talk to her. She/he apologizes and Floatingbark forgives her. Floatingbark confesses her situation. [Best Friend] is super supportive and tries to help in every way she/he can. Floatingbark is grateful, and leaves her friend.

Sunstrike would be begging her to pretend they're tom 1's because like he can't afford to loose his mate (who he doesn't care about or speak to, but claims he loves when he bumps into her..he's a piece of dung couldn't find the words in non cat language without making the word profane lol)
