Noctis curled around Fennec upon seeing him shiver with cold, his massive head resting in his lap and his eyes closing with a peaceful sigh. The beast gently licked the tip of Fennec's nose with the tip of his tongue, his eyes gleaming playfully before he rested his head in his lap. A moment later, Noctis was in his human form, curled up beside Fennec with his eyes closed and a sleepy smile written on his normally cold and calculating features. "Indeed." He murmured, his eyes fluttering open to look up at Fennec with a light pink coloring his cheeks as he sat up and gazed down at his 'master.' For a moment, everything wrong with the world melted away; all of the unfair rules, and horrible treatment of his kind by humanity. All he could see was Fennec, and forgot that he could not love him; he leaned forward and caught Fennec's mouth in a kiss, his purple eyes almost closed and his cheeks turning a brighter pink. Noctis' purple/black hair fell over his shoulders in a stream, the water dripping off of it and onto the ground; he held Fennec's hands in his own, cupping them gently so he would not disturb the firefly. "I love you." He mumbled through the kiss, resting his forehead on Fennec's and pulling him close.
