Okay, I have my boy Cipher.
Basically, he tricks cats using flattery and inducing a false sense of comfort and friendship. He travels around the area so he ends up around each territory at some point. He targets young cats and when they believe all his intentions are good and he's nothing but trusted is when he strikes. He sometimes messes around with them, following them, attacking their family or friends, things like that but most of the time he gets to the point and kills the cat he is messing with.
He can go after any cat that is vulnerable enough or young.

Ahh I got an idea for Rat! Did not think of this right now no.
So basically. Ratpaw goes into the territory, and a rogue is in the territory. Whatever happens. In the end, Ratpaw is defeated, and left to bleed out on the forest floor. Mossdrop goes through the forest finds Ratpaw. Mother and son moments, and in the end. Ratpaw bleeds out.

IK this is a weird death for Otterpaw, but if I have Lobsterbreathe my cruel kitty mentor her, he’d kill her in training accidentally and because it was an accident he’d stay in Riverclan- as in battle training with unsheathed claws and he’d go to hard killing her. He’d come clean, but that’d get my plot started, atleast he’s finally a warrior and things can happen.
