"'Zazel.." Chaka mumbled, falling against his brother as his eyes turned dark blue, slipping shut with exhaustion. His head throbbed, but the pain was gradually melting as the vision faded away.
"Oh, boy." Vexy growled under her breath, before moving closer to her brothers. "It's okay, Chaka." She whispered, resting her chin against his shoulder.
Vincent nodded silently in agreement. He offered Ruby the smallest of smiles, then nudged Chaka slightly away from him.
"Tired.." Chaka protested, his hands curling into fists around Vincent's shirt.
"I think someone wants to talk to you, little brother." Vincent whispered in his ear with a low chuckle.
"Hm?" Chaka blinked his eyes open. Vincent nodded toward Ruby, and Chaka's head turned quizzically. The exhaustion in his expression turned to surprise, then shock. "Ruby." All tiredness forgotten, Chaka let his brother go at once.
"Ruby?" Sam murmured under his breath, his lips pressing together and curling down into a frown as memories flooded back.
"You're drooling Sammy." Dean grumbled, his eyes sharpening slightly despite himself.
"I am not." Sam shot back, but wiped his mouth subconsciously, causing Dean to snort.

Ruby ran towards him and hugged him, her dark brown curls spilling over his shoulders. "I miss you." She murmured, pulling away to look at him. Her eyes sparkled, two bright gems in the middle of a bedraggled face, and hair slowly beginning to turn white with stress. She glanced over at Vincent, returning his smile and looking over at Vexy with a timid little smile. "Listen, Sparks, you probably already know but there ain't much time left until the world turns into Hell. Usiku made a deal with Lucifer 'bout something, but I can't get the big man to tell me what it is, so please... be careful." She looked into his eyes.

"Ruby," Chaka sighed, hugging her back. He closed his eyes, then opened them and pulled away, gazing at her. "We'll be careful." He promised softly.
Vexy offered the smallest of smiles at Ruby. While she still was wary with the demon, Ruby had put herself in Chaka's place... So the vampire was going to try to warm up to her.
Vincent honestly had no problem with Ruby, not in the slightest. And not just because she saved his little brother from Lucifer. Even if Ruby did feed Chaka demon blood and get him to kill Lilith and break the final seal, Chaka was still at his happiest with her anyway. Chaka truly loved the demon, and Vincent... Could never, had never, and will never hate anything or anyone that Chaka loved, not ever.

Ruby reached up to kiss Chaka, balancing on her tiptoes. She glanced over at Dean and Sam, eyes narrowing ever so slightly in distrust. Demon hunters. "Who are they?" With a whoosh of hot air, the portal suddenly closed, a scroll hitting Vexy in the face.
To whomever it may concern,
My name is Uta. Now, as one of Lucifer's generals, it's my duty to find out where Ruby is and bring her back; however, with the world about to end, there really isn't no point. So as long as the big guy doesn't find out, Ruby can hang out with you bozos for a little while longer.

(And it's true- I have no idea about what Usiku's trying to achieve except for the end of the world, and Giza has all the answers.)

"You expect me to just believe that!?" Sade looked at him with pure distrust. "You're going to pay for everything you do. Trust me." She turned and stormed out of the room.

"That's Sam and Dean." Chaka informed Ruby, glancing at the two. "Winchester."
"Hi." Sam stared at Ruby, then looked at Dean.
"Dude will you stop." Dean deadpanned, and Sam frowned.
"Pff," Vexy blinked as the scroll hit her in the face, and Vincent and Chaka simply started laughing. Vexy scoffed at them. "Real freakin' mature." She threw the scroll at Vincent. "Jerk."
"Brat." Vincent stuck his tongue out at her and rolled the scroll open, quickly scanning it. "Hey Chaka looks like your demon girlfriend can stay with us." He snorted, rolling his eyes. "Like we would've let her leave anyway." He flashed Ruby a friendly smile.

Ruby blinked at Sam uncertainly before moving closer to Chaka. "Hi." She waved her hand slightly. As the scroll shot through the portal, she held back a laugh as the scroll hit Vexy in the face, her eyes sparkling good-naturedly. After Vincent read the letter, she couldn't help but beam at him in return, her eyes sparkling with joy.
