Lilypelt walked into the nursery, a small hare hung from her jaws. It wasn't very plump, as the fire had either scared away or killed most of the prey. This was the best she could find and it had taken her most of the morning to find. She stopped, looking around. Her gaze scanned the nursery and she found her target. "Hey Sorrelskip", Lilypelt said cheerfully, despite the fact her voice was muffled by the fur of the hare. Normally Lilypelt was shy but with a few cats of which she was close too, she was a little more open. Anyway, it was only recently she had heard of her sister's pregnancy. It had surprised her that she had managed to get the father to be Singenight but she wasn't exactly surprised either.

Lilypelt had been staring at the ground for the past five minutes. The recent tragic events were replaying in her head over and over. Lilypelt looked up as someone spoke to her. It was horrying to know that not long ago there had been a fire in WindClan. She was thinking of the possibilities of how the fire could've started. Did a cat start it? Or was a twoleg out being stupid? Either way she was still i, slight shock. Gorsefeather. "Oh hello", Lilypelt said softly. Who knew a shy, innocent cat like her would turn evil in just a few moments? "How are you?" Lilypelt asked, her amber gaze set on Gorsefeather as she awaited a reply. (Sorry it's short, writers block)

Gorsefeather smiled fondly. Just get this over with, then you can go. Besides, she will make a great Singenight follower. Just like her sister, Sorrelskip. "I'm doing great, how are you?" He asked. This isn't going anywhere. Gorsefeather sighed. "Do you support Singenight?" The calico tom asked, trying to push the conversation further.

Lying down in one of the nests lined up throughout the nursery, Sorrelskip's tail curled around her belly, her soft gaze suddenly directing towards the den's entrance when her sister, Lilypelt, arrived. "Oh, hello- did you hear the news?" She exclaimed brightly, her eyes looking back down at her swollen belly as the she-cat smiled joyfully towards her sister. "They're Singe's kits." She murmured with a wide grin, assuming that her sister didn't have much of an opinion on their new leader, though Sorrelskip was convinced that he was the greatest thing to have happened to her in the queen's entire life.

"Yeah- it's pretty amazing that we finally won, y'know?" Sorrelskip smiled in glee, leaning on Gorsefeather's shoulder as she looked out into the sky in happiness- she'd sacrificed so much just to gdt to this moment, and suddenly all her dreams were coming true. She didn't even care about his sudden hostility towards Chilleap, because everything happening right now was just too surreal- it was finally time for the change they needed.

Gorsefeather sighed. This was it. The change was finally here. But, Gorsefeather couldn't feel a difference. He had thought it would be more exciting. Gorsefeather looked down at Sorrelskip. "Do you want to do something?" He asked.

A small smile was planted on Lilypelt's face as she awaited his reply. When he replied, she thought. "I'm fine", Lilypelt said, dipping her head. Then, she thought of his question. Lilypelt was kind of expecting this question to be asked to her sooner or later, but she had never thought of how she should reply. "Well....I can't exactly say yes.", she started. "But I can't say no either" Lilypelt said. "I'm not sure what Singenight wishes to do and all these dramatic events that have been happening recently have been giving me a slight shock", she said. "I'm not sure if i should stand with Singenight, or against him" She sighed. "What do you think I should do?"

"Of course I want to do something, Gorse! What am I, a grumpy old elder?" Sorrelskip jokes, laughing while she still buried her head in his shoulder fur, wrapping her tail around his waist and pulling him closer to heras trace amounts of pain wracked her belly.

The calico tom curled his tail. Here's your chance to try to persuade her! He forced a smile. "Well, I have chosen to stand with him. Singenight has promised change to the clan, change that this clan has needed for a very long time. Ever since Starlingstep disappeared, Dapplestar hasn't been acting the same, ignoring her clan and ignoring....." He didn't want to say it. "StarClan. I don't beleive in....StarClan anyway, but still. Dapplestar has been ignoring her clan, and Singenight is helping it." He meowed.

A smile spread over Gorsefeather's face as he laughed. I wish I could spend more time with her. Singe would rip my fur out if her knew how much I loved her... Gorsefeather stroked her shoulder in a supportive way with his tail. "Then what do you want to do?" He asked. "Or are you a grumpy ol' elder?" Gorsefeather added teasingly.

Lilypelt nodded. She must admit that what Gorsefeather was true. Dapplstar seemed a little more....distant then she normally was. He doesn't believe in StarClan?. This didn't exactly surprise Lilypelt either as it felt ad though less and less cats were believing in StarClan these days but she still believed. She respected the fact that others believed in the dark forest or nothing and she didn't really care too much. "Yeah", Lilypelt finally said. Though one thing still tugged at her. "I mean....when I say this, no offense to you or Singenight or anyone for that matter but...the cats that support cats like Ratnight, Bucknight, Blazingnight and Singenight seem a little....evil", Lilypelt said. Trying to say it as nicely as possibly. "I'm not sure if I should support him because I can't say i'm really that kind of cat", Lilypelt said. She didn't know how easy it would be for her to turn evil though.

The smile that had been smothered over Gorsefeather's face faded. "Lilypelt, sometimes cats have to make things happen. Nothing with ever go your way, unless you try." He meowed. "Time wants to happen, and nothing ever happens by mistake. This is all part of history, and you must accept it." Gorsefeather offered, placing his tail on Lilypelt's shoulder, supportively.
