She stared at him in in confusion,"Are you trying to persuade me to join Thunderclan. And my clanmates would be furious. They aren't like Thunderclan they hold grudges and have issues with secrets." She meowed trying to remain calm to the best of her ability.

Blackbird shook his head. "Not at all, dear, I'm just saying the truth, and of course they would be furious considering you've lied to them." He mewed and saw that she was trying to stay calm. "No need to be angry." He added softly.

Squirrelpaw crouched down, her eyes on her mentor. She didn’t move as she calculated what she was going to do. With a twitch of her tail tip, the Burmese darted towards Swallowshine swiftly trying to knock her paws out from under her.

Swallowshine saw it coming and darted out of the way at the last second, pushing her apprentice over onto the ground and pinning her before she could recover. "Hmm, you should come from a side, acting like your going to do something else, instead of going straight at your opponent. Try again." She mewed, getting off of her apprentice and backing up a few fox lengths.

Unprepared, Swallowshine lashed out in front of her, her paw harmlessly swiping the air before her as her apprentice darted around her. She felt her legs collapse on the ground. If I'm going to be a good mentor, I'm going to put up a fight like a real warrior would. Without a second thought she pushed her apprentice off of her when a cuff around the ears. She began to dart around her, just out of her reach. "What do you do now?" She questioned as she kept moving. "A real warrior does not give up easily unless the leader of course asks them to do so, in which this case the leader has not."

You don't want them to have to much time to think about what you are going to do next, for sneaky cats like Shadowclan or Windclan, but you dont want to go headfirst into battle without a thought yourself for lets say, Thunderclan or Riverclan. But no cat will be easy on you, thats for sure."

Her eyes gleamed with mischief as she looked at her mentor “Yep.” She replied and without without warning barreled right into her mentor and knocked her down.

Knocked down unexpectedly by her apprentice, she she struggled, batting the now muscular apprentice away and swiping her muzzle so it jerked her head, still making sure it was not harming her. "Nice try!" She mewed, lunging at her clumsily, her heavier figure slower with some tiredness.
