Charlie banged on Issie's door to wake her up before sprinting down the stairs. "It's the weekend!" he shouted to nobody in particular. His parents were gone, so that meant he could be as loud as he wanted. "Pancakes for breakfast," he sang as he slid across the floor into the kitchen. He grabbed the mix and a pan and got to work, humming a tune as he made them.

Issie woke up due to the very loud noise. She got out of bed and got dressed. Finally, she got tired of him being loud. She walked out of the room, put her hands on her hips, and shouted as loud as she could, "WOULD YOU MIND SHUTTING UP!" She walked back inside and finished getting ready. She walked down stairs and smelled pancakes. She was supposed to meet Brooklyn but since she hadn't ate in two days, she got lured toward the Food.

Issie tried to walk away frrom the food but it was hard. I have to. she thought. She turned around and sat at the table. She ate the pancake quickly due to her being hungry and her being rushed. She put the plate in the sink and looked at Charlie. "I'm going to hang out with Brooklyn for awhile. I should be back soon." She said and walked over to the door.
