hazel raised his eyebrow only to hear a other worldly shriek ....it sounded Grimm like but ...off "that's probably why " Eir said . The Grimm had flew over their heads , it was bipedal with weird wings and donkey head . ... Which resembled the Jersey devil. The Grimm however seemed to ignore the newcomers and head to what looked like a pine forest. That's when the town came alive once more, they were hiding . "see nothing to worry about, just grimm. Again ." lif sighed. A woman raised her eyebrow at them before walking up to them "you were stupid to come......why are you here again?" she asked .

Lyca was momentarily startled by the large grimm. 'What in the world is that? She wondered. The girl then sharply turned to the woman when she spoke. "We were traveling to Vacuo." Lyca was confused. Usually, people were evacuated when grimm attacked. Why were these people still here?

the woman sighed "right....look ,I'm sorry to disappoint you but....your gonna have to find a different route...the mayor doesn't want anymore outsiders ...due to the chaos that comes with them. And it makes that Grimm come around more ..." she said with a small frown. Hazel narrowed his eye "were not like most outsiders . Why haven't you killed the thing yet?" he asked which made the woman scratch the back of her neck "we..don't have huntsman...the last few were killed...." she explained . Lif huffed "oh that's great. Um, lyca are you sure you wanna rest here? I'm starting to not want to now. " she said .

Lyca stared at the woman her chest clenching in sympathy. The village probably had many injured like her brother. However, she shook the thought away and looked at Lif. "I don't want to stay here either, but at the same time, I don't want to just leave these people here with a giant Grimm running rampant!" She looked up towards hazel, who was at her side by now.

his ears twitched and nodded "we'll take care of that monstrosity for you " he said only to scratch his right ear . This made the woman smile happily "thank you ! You don't have to it but thank you! Um...you'll have to go chat with the mayor first though...(wanna be the mayor ?" she said with a small frown . Hazel just blinked before nodding "uh huh....c'mon guys ." with that he shoved past the woman who only frowned more "the mayor's office is four blocks to the left!" she shouted only to slouch and walk off to do her own business .
