"Yes, you are dismissed." Icestar liked this one. Eager to please, and seems to follow directions well. Hopefully she wouldn't disappoint her.

Ebonykit glanced back at the Shadowclan leader. Normally she would get in trouble for calling her brother names, but this time it was different. "The brave one of the two.", she meowed, holding back a growl at the thought of Mirekit. He was too clingy.

After a few bouts of content purring, Spottedkit fell asleep. The gentle scent of his family and milk wafting him into his dreams.

Nightwing walked over to a tree with his apprentice, Vixenpaw. "Ok when a leaf falls try to catch it. This increases your hunting skills---Vixenpaw stop playing with the rat." His apprentice pawed at the rodent hiding in the stump. Night rolled his eyes.

Vixenpaw smacked the rat again and then smacked the leaf. "There," she sniffed.

"Vixenpaw. Rats are prey not smacking friends." He snorted. "Let's try something else. I will hide and you have to listen and feel through the ground to find me." Night ran and hid behind a bush far from his apprentice when she wasn't looking.

"Rats are very much smacking friends," she wrinkled her nose, realizing Nightwing wasn't there. She perked her ears, and jumped over to the stump, but she realized it was just her smacking rat, trying to scuttle away but shriveling in pain from her smacking. She strained her ears and heared rustling in a bush. She pounced and found Nightwing. "HEHEHEHEHEHE I FOUND YOUUUUUUUU" she purred.

"SHHHHHHH." Nightwing hissed. "You're going to wake up all the 'Smacking rats'". He sighed as his apprentice ran over to smack the rat again. "Vixenpaw if you ever are going to be a real warrior you can't act like that. You need dignity. Not..." Night's voice faded as he looked over and realized his apprentice was gone again. So was the rat.
