While Pebblepaw was busy doing his best to charge at Firehawk, he stepped to the side at almost the last moment and snapped at Pebblepaw's tail, planning on grabbing it (carefully) with his teeth and yanking Pebblepaw to a stop.

They'd gone over the tail vulnerability during their last training session, so he figured this could be a fun reminder of keeping it close!

Pebblepaw didn't seem too phased as he watched Firehawk step to the side, gliding past the other. It was the most logical move, obviously! Just as the apprentice was ready to turn on Firehawk, with what he thought would be a clever move, he was brought to a sudden stop as he felt the teeth gently gripping his tail.

"Oops!" Audible surprise had him glancing over his shoulder at Firehawk, "Let me try again!" Ugh, the tail! How could he forget about that?! Ok, this time he would be ready, like.. really ready!

Firehawk released his tail and took a few steps back, grinning at Pebblepaw. "Of course you can try again. This is practice, and doing it more is the only way you'll get better."

He lowered his stance to a crouch. "Bring it!"

Even though the molly had some padding ...she still felt the kick. And she was kinda a weeny. So she winced a bit and leapt off "ok,not bad, but with an enemy youd use your claws and do real damage " she meowed.

Koipaw nodded, licking her ruffled chest fur in embarrassment. Now everyone here definitely thinks I'm weird... I'm such a mouse-brain... She could hear everyone around her saying, Look at her. She's worth nothing to clan, and she never will. She's a AWFUL fighter, too. Did you see the way she did that move? It was like a kit! Her paws sweated, and her legs shook.
(she's having an anxiety attack, so she'll need some calming down.)

Raising a brow she padded closer to koipaw only to flick her ears up at recognition. "hey calm yourself, you'll be ok. I've had something like what your going through before, may be once or twice but it was because I was stressed about getting the thing done on time." she said in a calmer tone. " whats wrong? Maybe I can help
" she offered .

Koipaw looked up, her eyes wide.
"I'm a failure.." she whispered. "Everyone knows it..." She shook even harder. "I don't feel so good, can we go somewhere else to practice?" As the scathing remarks grew louder, Koipaw felt like her head was going to explode.

Her ears folded back at that, she almost felt like she was gonna cry in a way. "no . Your not. Don't ever call yourself that you here?" she meowed in a stern voice, but it still had a carring tone. " ignore them. I've stopped giving a crap ever since I became a warrior . I think it'll do you some good too. Just. ..do care when it comes to the ones you love " she added. " but if you insist, yes. We can even stop training for today if you wish. But next time. We won't give into the anxiety ok? Think of ways to calm yourself down if it starts again, deep and slow breathing always helps." wow. ..she sounded like a mother...odd. But then again she was also speaking from a bit of experience .

Koipaw nodded in thanks.
"I'm so.. so sorry." she whispered. "But..." She sighed and padded back toward camp

(pps. Sorry to end the training session so early! Maybe we can work more on in next time)
(ppps (xD) Does this count as a training session? I think it does, because she learned something?)

She gave a nod back and let koipaw do her thing. She actually wanted to comfort her more....but..it didn't look like koipaw thought the same way.
Sighing BrambleBlaze headed off to the territory to do some of her own thinking .
