She wouldn't be on the frontlines showing her clanmates what an unstoppable machine of a feline she was, but she would be given this.. Foxpatch a tour of their camp while defending it from any dimwitted mongrels who used their last braincell in the decision to attack.

"Yes?" she swiveled around when she heard her name from an unfamiliar voice, then supposed this might be the new one she was to give a tour for. "I believe I was instructed to wait until you were feeling well. Have you sought medical treatment already?"

Thornkit gasped when he realized what Icestar was saying. ‘They're going to attack Thunderclan?! But why?’ They watched in horror, not believing what they were hearing.

First of all, Irisflame was shocked. How could the dark furred she-cat say that?! She had to take on an apprentice? She wasn't ready! She didn't know everything yet! She couldn't - She wouldn't be able to deal with the responsibility. And, just to clarify, she was terrible with younger cats. Having to deal with one for every single day of her life would be a tradegy. An accident waiting to happen. Was this what a queen or a warrior felt like when they had to guide a cat through their life? She gaped in horror at the she-cat, eyes burning with bubbles of overwhelming feelings. She couldn't do that. Not here, not now!

"Look, Icestar, to be perfectly resonable, I'm not ready for that yet. And I promise I will not leave you. That would be a selfish move. How can I deal with an extra cat when I haven't learnt everything myself?!" She cried, her voice desperate. She felt a growl build up in her throat, eyes narrowing. How could Icestar ask this of her? She could also feel her own heart clench in fear. There were too many feelings. Too many feelings. She tried to keep the panic attack away in vain, spreading her breathing. Meeting Icestar's eyes with a heavy gaze, she straightened up.

"If you want me to take on another cat, I can. But if this explodes in your face, I want every right to say 'I told you so.'" She mewed bitterly.

Sagedust was still purring as they padded through the entrance into the clearing. She nuzzled Flintfreckle and broke free only for a moment to trot over to the freshkill pile. The warrior frowned at the meager selection, but it was the middle of the night to be fair. Selecting a meager mouse, Sagedust padded back to her mate and brushed her side against him, dropping the prey momentarily. “Would you like to share?” She purred, twining her tail with his once more.

Flintfreckle let the molly do her thing as she broke from him. He was purring from their peaceful trek through the territory and continued to do so even while she returned. The mouse she had was plump and after the gathering and tag, Flintfreckle’s hunger was the only thing keeping him from falling asleep on his paws. He nodded. “Sure.” He agreed in a heartbeat, and though he had finally stopped purring, affection continued to warm his new and gaze. This night had been a happy whirlwind for him and he didn’t want to see it end. “Where would you like to sit?” He asked with a smile.

"Yeah me too. I'm confined to camp because of another adventure I had. Want to hear the story?" Falconkit perked up at her own suggestion. She loved re-telling the story over and over again. Each time was a little more exaggerated.

"Falconkit. Kits aren't allowed to leave camp either way. Icestar will probably just delay your apprentice ceremony." As for herself, instead of having the normal warrior apprentice ceremony. She planned on convincing Irispa- now flame, to let her become her apprentice.

How did Echokit know? "Well, she actually did. I got my apprentice ceremony pushed back by half a moon. It was worth it, though! I got to see WindClan in the Waterbarn! They are all really skinny and smell funny. And they looked really mad at Icestar for some reason."

"You're an idiot. Now we won't become apprentices at the same time!" She swatted at Falconkit's ear with her paw.
