His brows furrowed. Fawnsqueak? Hunting patrol? Otterstone had told him not to do anything crazy after she had redressed his wounds, but... he figured a small hunting trip couldn't hurt too much. "I'm sorry, I wasn't aware he wanted me to go on one so soon," he said, shuffling his paws. He turned his attention to the camp's entrance, offering Fawnsqueak and Cobaltshade a tentative smile. At least he would be going with cats he knew, kind of.

"Any kit is okay" Dogkit told her. He shuffled his paws, embarrassed that he couldn't make friends by himself. His copper eyes dropped to his paws.

Snowpaw looked down at the unconscious apprentice with worried expression. "Are you awake? I hope you're gonna be ok..." She said

Aaand... "It's time to go."

Fawnsqueak said that to his gathering patrol as he was peering over his shoulder to where Goosepaw was well on his way over to them, and he greeted the apprentice with a kind flick of his tail, albeit a tense one. A patrol with Goosepaw was fine, but.. his gaze slid over to Cobaltshade tentatively, keeping a neutral expression. They could get through this. It wouldn't be a repeat of their last clash. "Hey," he greeted Goosepaw, "I just.. I hope you didn't have anything to do-- I figured you could come with us... y'know, to help out." Maybe another presence would keep any friction at bay.

Jaw set, he dutifully led them from the camp.

Cobaldshade said nothing, her tail flicking slowly back and forth, a neutral but cold look upon her face. She refused to glance in Fawnsqueak's direction, instead, she looked to Goosepaw and dipped her head lightly in acknowledgement. "Let's get moving," she says particularly bluntly, moving to walk along with the other warrior.
Hopefully nothing would come of this patrol, she was willing enough to let bygones be bygones. Though she couldn't help the tenseness that settled in her shoulders as she walked along.

Splashkit hopped along the edges of the clearing, batting some moss in front of her. "Don't worry, moss-ball! I won't let the other kits attack you!"

Lampreypaw was eager to get his training started that day. Yawning as they exited the Apprentice's Den, the white young cat looked around for their mentor. Not spotting her, they stretched and began to approach the closest warrior who didn't seem to be busy at the moment.

"Um, excuse me..." They breathed- their voice crackling and raspy from disuse. It was the first time they had approached a full grown warrior about something like this and it made their fur prickle nervously, especially one with what seemed to be battle scars that looked like they'd know what they were doing. "Do you think you could train me today? I don't see my mentor Mothdusk and I'd like to learn some battle moves if you're not busy."

Leopardblaze felt relief flood through her as she made her way into the camp, breathing in all the familiar scents. It had been a long time since she had been here. "I finally made it," she breathed to herself. The spotted she-cat shook her fur in the cool air and looked around her green gaze scanning the camp. She was still slight disbelief that she had managed to escape the twolegs and make it back to the clans.
