ashcloud chuckled at the confusion lionpaw gave, "do you have questions? I'd be happy to answer them." ashcloud assured the tom. he glanced back at speckledrose, he wanted to go sit with her and leave lionpaw...but he knew being a mentor was a very important role. He took a seat by the new cat.

With that he continued his licking and grooming of Myrtlepaw's filthy fur and his purring never stopped throughout, the grey tom drawing Myrtle ever closer to him and he rested his head on his back comfortingly. "Are you alright though, little one?"

Doepaw was all of a sudden thrown off and pinned. As she heard Myrtlepaw's taunting she knew what she had to. And so she rolled into his paws, knocking him off balance before slightly pinning her ears to listen for where he was moving before standing up and mockingly stuttered, "N-No... you're...the..one...who...will...not...escape." With that she threw herself at Myrtlepaw, hopefully getting the distance right but she landed just short and instead of landing back on his larger back, she ended up landing just in front of him and her momentum carried her into him and they tumbled together, Doepaw trying her best to just escape from the grasp but then a sound came out of her throat that she rarely allowed, a laugh. She had rarely laughed and this time... it was just ridiculous. She was enjoying herself so much in Myrtlepaw's company that everything else seemed to shadow and she could let down her walls. Finally coming to a stop after having rolled over each other, Doepaw laughed again. "Come...at...me...slow..poke."

Myrtlepaw gazed uneasily at Ploverspot, unknowing that the warrior was capable of such actions. Regardless, this didn't make the apprentice want to pull away from the comfort of his mentor, even if he was somewhat concerned. It was another quiet moment of Myrtle enjoying the rhythmic grooming, purring into the fluffy chest fur of Plover as he was pulled closer. "Well... I... think... I... am... okay. But... I... I... feel... scared... still. It... it feels... like... like... maybe... Shadow... Shadowclan... is... coming... to... to get... us... and... force... us... to... to... to go... back..." His words were muffled as he spoke, he was shaking by the end, the though of going back to Shadowclan caused quite a bit of fear to strike the russet tom. Myrtle's thin figure pressed closer against Plover as the thoughts of this outcome grew more invasive, the apprentice was shaking more as his worry grew, clearly Shadowclan couldn't just be trespassing for no reason in his mind.

Myrtlepaw had assumed he had already won, letting his guard down as he still kept Doepaw pinned. However, all of the sudden he seemed to lose his balance, tumbling to the ground in the process. Standing up quickly, he noticed his friend, now free and nimble, seemingly ready to strike another blow. Before he could react Doepaw had already leaped, it seemed she misjudged the distance though as she came crashing down in front of him, rolling into him and causing them both to fall over in another tumble. Once again Myrtle felt that unfamiliar smile shine on his face, along with a small laugh. For some reason he just felt way happier when with Doepaw, especially now that they were having so much fun together. Finding himself stuck under her when they finally reached a halt, Myrtle kicked lightly with his hindpaws against Doe's underbelly to free himself, standing back up. "Al... alright... you... asked... asked for... for it..." Judging his distance, the russet furred tom leaped, landing just behind her as he grabbed a hold of her tail with his paws in the process. "Got... your tail... what... are.. you... you... gonna... do now?"

Fishfin yawned and stretched as he ate a nice squirrel. He hoped somebody would come by to ease this loneliness.

Robinflight was happy to keep the Medicine Cat's attention, "The ShadowClan raid," he meowed. Eyes glittering with pride, he added, "You should see the other cat." His gaze hardened for a heartbeat, "Even if we lost, I don't think they'll forget our power."

As Lionwhisker applied herbs to the scratches on his face, Robinflight's whiskers twitched and his fur felt warm. This den must trap a lot of heat, he thought.

"hopefully they wont....I don't know about the other clans...But I'm starting to really hate shadowclan, irisflame...I don't know why she's in that clan...she isn't as ruthless as they are.." he meowed . Then he cleared his throat " sorry lad...a bit side tracked ...speaking of the other cat, did you send them running home?" after he finished the face, he moved to the other areas.

Eyes darting towards pinepuffs familiar voice, his eyes widened "woodpeckers? Good starclan what was she doing to anger them? I've known them to be kind birds " he meowed as he head over. " but yes of course, speaking of how are your injures doing love?" he asked . Shouldn't be too hard right? It should just be like any other wound. .... "it's ok dear, they won't hurt you here, let ol Lionwhisker take care of that eh?" he said in a soothing tone. Hopefully to calm her down.

After touching noses with Ivorypaw, Breezehen made her way back to Mumblefoot with a soft farewell, allowing her time with Ravenspirit. "I accidentally startled her! I feel so bad, but after I explained she seemed to be less upset. She's is quite sweet though."

Mumblefoot softly laughed, You're going to love training with her! I can't wait to see what kind of warrior she is going to become under you! she purred, nudging Breezehen.

The befuddled, golden-pelted tom glanced up at Ashcloud. "Yeah, that might take a while. I have a lot of them," he explained sheepishly. Lionpaw had no idea how most of anything worked. "Could you explain... everything?" he ex-loner inquired. "Are there any rules I should know? Am I allowed to leave camp, when do we eat, who should I not speak to without permission; that type of thing?"

ashcloud eyes went wide and her broke out into a laugh, after a second he collected himself and chuckled a bit, "you're an apprentice lionpaw, not a prisoner!"[/COLOR] ashcloud said at last, "you can eat whenever you like, just uh remember not to be greedy and you are allowed out of camp as long as a warrior is with you." ashcloud had almost finished, "one more thing, you don't really have to ask to speak, unless you are talking to duskstar." He pointed with his tail up at the leader, "and don't worry she's all hiss no claws." ashcloud purred, "the only reason I say you should ask to speak to her, is because she is a very busy cat." ashcloud warned his new apprentice, "other than that, you have nothing to worry about, I'll teach you everything you need to know about clan life." He assured him.

Lionpaw gave his trademark grin, slightly reassured, although not completely. "Thanks," the golden tom said. He wasn't greedy, he was just thankful he had a place to live without rogue ambushing him every other day. It was a dangerous, yet eventful life. He hoped that living in a clan proved to be just as exciting. "Could I hear about ranks?" Lionpaw asked. "There's leader, Duskstar, and then - are kits and mentors a rank? I'm an apprentice, then there are warriors..." he trailed off, not sure what else there was to name.
