PATROLS

If you have been tagged here, it means you've been assigned on a patrol via the roster!

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Patrols need to be completed by Tuesday, June 2nd . I will be keeping an eye on the patrol activity. If you are unable to participate in the patrol, please let your patrol-mates know as soon as you can so that they can proceed without you!
If somebody in your patrol takes longer than 24 hours to respond even after notifying them of their turn, you may continue on without them and skip their turn. There are only seven days to complete a patrol post, so it's not reasonable to wait days on end for a response.

Patrols do not need to be longer than one or two posts per person, unless something significant happens! They are meant to be pretty quick and simple. You arrive, you mark the borders, and you leave. Patrol leaders should take their starter straight to the territory, to ensure things get completed in a timely manner. You do not need to gather your patrol in the clearing.

Once your patrol is complete, the leaders of each patrol are to report to Beastspark or Icestar, depending on which one assigned you on that patrol. If you are tagged in this post and are a patrol leader, then you are to report to Icestar.

Icestar padded into the clearing, tail flicking in anticipation. It was far past time to schedule some patrols. She looked around the clearing, to see who was up and around, and who looked ready to do some work.

RIVERCLAN PATROL
Leader: Icestar
Members: Ebonypaw [ @Sparkling Bliss ] ; Dogpaw [ @S-oft ]
(Optional Prompt: The water levels have risen due to snowmelt.)

"Ebonypaw, Dogpaw, you two will come with me to patrol the RiverClan border," Icestar called out to her two apprentices. Their battle training may not have gone well, but here was another chance for them to prove themselves.

THUNDERCLAN PATROL

Members: Emberpaw [ @Splashpelt ] ; Sheeplight [ @x ghostie ]
(Optional Prompt: Towards the outskirts, you scent badger. Maybe there's a set nearby?)

"Russetpatch, you take Emberpaw and Sheeplight to the ThunderClan border. Be careful around the outskirts--There's been increased rogue activity, and I scented badger there not long ago." She didn't want to lose any warriors to outsiders or predators.

WINDCLAN PATROL
Leader: Creekwind [ @Shimm ]
Members: Nettlespark [ @implimm ] ; Cowpaw [ @vermin ]
(Optional Prompt: all the coyote scent is gone. You encounter a bird nesting area.)

"Creekwind, take Nettlespark and Cowpaw to the WindClan border. Perhaps see what you can see from the border. I'm curious as to how WindClan is faring these days." Some time had passed since their coyote incident, and the leader wondered if they had fully recovered yet. Of course, there likely wouldn't be much to see just from the border.

Owlfeather pushed her way into the nursery, a couple of mice dangling from her jaws. She wanted to check on the kits, and her daughter.
"Anyone hungry?" She rasped, setting the mice down at her paws, eyes scanning the den curiously. She always loved spending time with the kits. They and the queens were always good company.

Icestar felt some tension alleviate when the warrior said she would be going to WindClan. Good, she wouldn't have to kill her.
"As disgraceful and traitorous as it is to abandon your Clan like this, I must say I do admire your courage in asking me directly. You must have calculated the risk of such an action. I'll allow you to go, but you will not be allowed back here, ever again. This is a one-way trip. You will become an enemy of ShadowClan. Is that clear?" The leader's lip curled in a slight snarl, still irritated regardless of Daisybloom's choice in clan. Any choice besides ShadowClan seemed traitorous to her.

Icestar dipped her head to the warriors in gratitude.
"Your Clan honors your service," She spoke, her voice low. "I will make sure the Clan knows of your new positions. They will be made to respect your role and listen to what you say. You are dismissed now." She flicked her tail, letting them get back to their day.

Icestar flicked her ear when she heard the kit stumble into the den.
"What is it?" She asked coldly, in the same tone that she would address a warrior. She did not baby the kits like others normally would. She found it unsightly.
