Moonkit took a deep breath, she didn’t expect to be babied by Icestar so she wasn’t surprised by the cold tone. She looked up at her leader, trying to puff out her chest to look bigger, she wasn’t sure if she was trying to convince herself or Icestar. “I... I’m not sure I would make a good apprentice, much less a warrior... my paws pop too much and make it hard to stay in place when say crouching or something. My legs wobble and it gets painful sometimes. What will happen if I can’t be an apprentice or warrior?” She asked, looking up wide-eyed and terrified at the leader

Stemkit was minding her business napping in the nursery after spending all morning learning how to stalk prey from a warrior. She was pretty tired, and happy to nap a little bit.

Shadowfoot stalks up to the entrance of Icestar's den. Icestar? May I come in? He sits down and draws his paw over his ear as he waits for a reply. @Casper

"You will be apprenticed as normal. If that proves to be an impossible task, we will find something else for you to do. Perhaps your job can be taking care of the queens and elders. We will see where you best fit as time goes on. Don't worry, you will not be useless." Icestar was keen on finding tasks for any kind of cat to do. She believed that everyone is capable of serving their clan, no matter how feeble.

"Come in, what is it?" The leader called out to the warrior. That's when the scent hit her nose--unfamiliar. Her pelt bristled and a low growl escaped her throat. This cat didn't smell like a clan cat, but knew her name. Perhaps it was a lost warrior come crawling back.

Moonkit nodded and gently rubbed against her Leader’s leg “Thank you IceStar, I will serve my clan to the best of my ability” she nodded respectfully to her leader and began to pad out of the den

Shadowfoot sank to the ground and crept into Icestar's den. You don't remember me, do you? It had been a while since he had seen any cat from ShadowClan, and he wasn't sure that Icestar, or any other cat remembered him.

Icestar was surprised as the kit came right up to her and rubbed against her. She didn't think herself to be a very approachable cat--much less with kits. They often feared her. But at least this one seemed determined to be a good warrior regardless of her ability.

She simply nodded as the kit padded out of the den.

Icestar didn't remember him. That didn't surprise Shadowfoot one bit. My name is Shadowfoot. I did not leave the Clan. I never would. I went hunting near the Outskirts and got lost. Worried that Icestar wouldn't believe him, Shadowfoot held his breath.

"Shadowfoot...Ah, yes, the one who went missing." She listened as he explained. "You got lost? Do I need to assign you an escort for leaving camp? Great Stars. Go and get yourself readjusted to the camp, and let your clanmates know you're back. You probably should avoid going out alone, if you're prone to losing direction." She dismissed the warrior with a flick of her tail.
