Laureltail comes out of the warrior den, sore again from sleeping funny on her side. Maybe someone would want to go hunting.. she sees weaselskip and runs to her. “would you like to go hunting with me?” @Arie

Heatherpaw was sitting in the clearing, eating a small rabbit when Twilightstar called the meeting. He ate the last few bites of his rabbit and got up, shaking his long ginger pelt with dark brown splotches. He looked around the clearing, seeing cats come out of dens and pad over to the Breezerock. I wonder if any of the apprentices are becoming warriors today? He padded over to the group of cats and sat at the side of the group, a little ways away from the other cats. He looked up at the leader with his green eyes and waited to hear what she had to say.

Crowkit padded out of the nursery as she heard her leader call to the cats for a meeting. Her long black fur was fluffed out in excitement. I wonder what the meeting is for? Is an apprentice going to become a warrior? Or a kit become an apprentice? She smiled as she looked at the group of cats gathering in front of the rock. She walked over to the group and walked through the cats, jumping over paws and tails. When she was in the middle of the group, she saw a empty space. She smiled and sat down, looking up at the leader with her big yellow eyes.

She shook her head, "I haven't been there yet. I've been meaning to go, but I was too excited about the thought of a warrior ceremony and raced out here." Willowkit laid next to him, gazing at where the leader would sit.

"Says miss 'wow, big bird'. Cute." Cedarfoot mimicked Runningpaw's voice, smirking slightly. "I'm sorry for the cat that has to mother you." She flicked her orange tail and swept her gaze over the territory, an almost nervous screening of foes. So far, no fox. Good. With a sudden switch from clever Cedarfoot to serious warrior, she jerked her head toward the bird. "Let's hurry and bring this back. The longer this quail is out here the more predators we can attract." She nimbly stepped over to the quail's talons and took one in her mouth to drag.
Let's be honest, how likely was it that there would be a fox out here after the coyote invasion? Nearly impossible. Yet the orange and white tabbystill couldn't shake the feeling of those small, hungry eyes watching her. Her scarred leg twitched, phantom teeth grazing the wound. No. not again. There aren't any foxes out. We are fine. With a slight breeze of the moor wind, she shook herself out of her thoughts and waited for Runningpaw to pick up her side of the quail.

Cedarfoot padded her way into the clearing finding a nice spot to lounge and listen to the ceremony. If she was lucky, maybe Monarchwing could come back... despite how annoying her sister was, she missed her. One of her only friends, her only family, gone. Hopefully Twilightstar has good news.

Quilkit tilted his head. "Why not?" He mewed, rubbing his nose. "Anyone can makes friends here."

Twilightstar waited as the cats gathered before raising her tail for silence, noticing how chatty everyone was. This should be a rather quick meeting then everyone could be on their ways again.
"We have a few ceremonies to get done and welcomes to give, but before that, I feel I need to address the recent fights that have broken out." The sluggish she-cat straightened up a tad to glance at her clan with domineering energy.
"Some of you, now or later, may have trouble with the cats I've been bringing into the clan. Should you have any problems with them, they will be addressed to me and me alone. The same goes with those of you I've brought into the clan if you're having trouble with anyone, I want to hear of it." Twilightstar wasn't in the mood to break up any more brawls.
"You must all learn to see each other as clanmates unless there's an actual reason not to. If so I want to be the first to know of it. I will not tolerate senseless violence here." Actually, she probably would tolerate it if she wasn't the one who had to deal with it at the end of the day. As if to make that crystal clear, her eyes zoomed in on the one apprentice particular.

"Bushpaw [ @elysian ], considering you seem to blindly believe that I'd allow spies into the clan, started a fight, and deliberately disobeyed my orders repeatedly, your actions have proven to me that you are not quite ready to be an apprentice. So for the next moon, you will be going to the nursery as Bushkit." Out of all four of the cats, Bushpaw had proven to be the most troublesome and so would get the harshest punishment for it.
"Coyotesnarl [@wren ], although you have been a great help to the clan. Regardless, you did injure an apprentice and then refused to heal him and also decline to listen to me." High rank or not, medicine cat or not, despite how much WindClan may need him she wasn't going ignore his actions. Clan life relies on trust, unity, and altruism to succeed. Everyone is expected to pull their weight as well as they can and to behave properly within the rules of the Code. "You'll not be coming to the Gathering next moon." Twilightstar needed some sort of order in this clan and she'd have it.
"Skypaw [ @SilentLamb ] and Sunpaw [ @Vessel ]," Twilightstar's gaze flickered around in search of Sunpaw, although didn't see him the moment. "Even though you played your part in the fight, both of you were mature enough to own up to your faults and understand what you did was wrong. You will spend a day, at your mentors choosing, to hunt tick and fleas. You will not be doing any training on the day nor allowed to leave the camp until at least nine ticks and fleas are found from each of you. Gentlemoo [ @Zesty Mango], Breezefeather [ @Arie ], and Dimtail [ @Rainquail ]. I expect you three to see to your apprentices' punishments appropriately." She paused, waiting to see if she had any complaints to deal with. She didn't want any whining getting in the way of the ceremonies.

Frankly, Gentlemoo wanted to complain, but he knew better than whine about making his apprentice go on apprentice duties, so he kept his trap shut.
