Cloudberry looked over at Strikepaw as she was walked up to. The warrior had been grooming her fluffy mess of a pelt. Right I have an apprentice... The bi colored molly thought stretching on her side. "Well, what do you even know?" Cloudberry asked studying Strikepaw with inquiring blue eyes. "Can't really train an apprentice without knowing what they know. Did your last mentor teach ya anything or were they a lazy pain like a few other cats 'round here?" The pudgy fluff ball asked finally rolling into a sitting position.

Strikepaw studied her paws. "Well, uh... I was only made an apprentice six days ago, so I don't really know anything much except how to stalk a mouse. My mentor wasn't really that..." she paused, trying to come up with a word."active. Wait, wait no- I mean committed. Well, I guess both would work fine..." She blew it. Cloudberry probably thought she was a mess now. Truth is, she kind of was. In the six days she had been an apprentice, she had checked an elder for ticks, gone on a hunting patrol, and been shown the waterbarn. That was... about it.
