Dapplebreeze was instantly guilty for being a bit harsh, and comforted the two kits. "It's alright," she meowed. "I'm sure all of us have gotton into trouble at some point." She glared at Amberstrike. "Some of us more than others," Dapplebreeze muttered, then turned back to her nest and her kits.

Amberstrike snorted. Dapplebreeze clearly couldn't remember her younger days, and was doing the exact oppositte of what she should be doing: punishing those brats. They were almost worse than Petalkit, and couldn't Dapplebreeze just leave them alone and let them wander for a while? "Tired already?" she teased mildy.

Russetpatch smiled widely and purred, entertwining her tail with Creekwind's. I love you. She thought before repeating it out loud. She was so happy she wasn't sure what else to say or do, so she stayed quiet.

Starclan, don't put her through too much pain. She opened her eyes, then yanked the paw in the other direction. It didn't have to go very far, as it wasn't badly dislocated, but she could still hear the steady 'pop' as it slinked back into the socket, good as new. She rubbed at the site-looking thing momentarily, then nodded to Echopaw.
"Rub the root on her paw. No need to chew."

Oww! Actually. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought! Probably just the pop noise. Yuck! Lightbreeze wrinkled her nose and shook her head with her youngest out.
