Re: WindClan Breezerock
Oddear almost fell over his long limbs as he excited bounced up onto his paws. How exciting! A new apprentice! a trained one as well, or at least half trained. He had always found the first start of apprenticeships to be tedious.
Once up on his slim paws, he strolled forwards with a smooth purr of greeting to the she-cat.
"A pleasure your apprenticeship shall be, I hope! The Moon will bless your training and touch your soul, your warrior name is within paw reach!" He bowed his head, his large ears quick to fall limply forwards.

Re: WindClan Apprentices' Den
@ bmkmb
Twistedpaw watched the kit, partly impressed. He was messing up on some things, but nothing too much. Nothing too drastic. Rising shakily to her paws, she studied him with her good eye. “Good job,” she praised the kit. “However, there’s too much weight on your shoulders. You want your weight evenly balanced.” The apprentice took a deep breath. She didn’t notice the tail, mainly because it was so long and deformed that she could barely twitch it.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Hold on execution? Crowkit had heard about the blood filled previous meeting spurned into motion by the reveal of a kit killer and a betrayer but this seemed kinda different to that. This was just a mean she cat. Sure she was awful but Twilightstar was going at this rather viciously and crowkit wasn't sure he liked it. The kit had heard plenty about shadowclans ruthless leader and her gung-ho public execution policy and the idea that windclan would become like that simply due to a leaders feeling... Crowkit wouldn't speak out, he did not want to be in Leopardbites position but he raised his head to glare at the leader ears flat to his head.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
The meeting seemed to be going on as normal until Twi hopped down to deal with Leopardbite. Concerned about where this might lead, Rushingmoor edged a bit closer to the pair for multiple reasons. The first was that he hoped to discourage Twi from a clan facilitated execution if she possibly had that on her mind before the cats began to tear Leopardbite apart. He didn’t see how Twilight could think it was a could idea to use it this second time but he wanted to be situated to quietly suggest otherwise just to be safe- it wasn’t like there was anyone else to do it.
His second reason was the fact that he’d heard of Leopardbite’s aggression and he could easily see the feline trying to attack Twig. While the lilac she-cat could definitely hold her own, it made him feel less nervous for her when he was situated to offer back up. He wanted to be discreet about it, though, so he only shuffled close enough that he would be able to quickly leap toward them.

The blue and cream kit was starting to feel overwhelmed but that only made him angrier for some reason and he let out a growl. Rounding on his sister, Jaykit hissed,
“I won’t apologize. I don’t care what mom says, you talk like a stupid baby and you should know better. So don’t think you’re more smart than me cause you know he is our brother.”
He scowled and flicked his ear, stomping away from Crinklekit as well as Songbird and Whitesong. He didn’t care what they had to say about him talking to his sister- he was right! He wanted to tell off that dumb queen some more but she was somewhere else now and he didn’t really feel like protecting his mother when she sided with Crinklekit.
He went to storm past Creekpaw but shot the older cat a fiery glare. He probably thought he was better than him because he was an apprentice. Well he wasn’t!
“What are you looking at? Don’t you have some elder to check for ticks?”
Jaykit spat the words at the apprentice and shoved around him, aiming to stomp far away from the family. He didn’t want to be around them but he also didn’t know where to go... Eh he’d just go hide behind the nursery or something.

Yewpaw
__________
The apprentice shrunk back as Twilightstar called her name, ears flattening sadly against her head. Gone through a few mentors...? She made it seem like it was all Yewpaw's fault. Maybe it was. Either way, this made it official. Coldsong was gone. She didn't even register the name of her new mentor and just about leapt out of her skin as the long-legged, big-eared moon man popped into view. What was he even saying? The moon?
"Ah- Don't.. get your hopes up for me," she replied with a sigh. She shook her head. He was familiar - really, he was a spectacle hard to miss around the clan - but his name alluded her, "I'm sorry, what was your name again?'

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Shockpaw edged closer once Twilightstar addressed Leopardbite. If she tried anything, they'd sink their claws into her. Both as pay back for what happened with Smolderpaw and refusing to let her hurt their leader.

getting an aha! moment --goodness, he loved aha! moments, they were so helpful-- robinpaw trotted up confidently to a fellow apprentice, he believed her name was.... holepaw? ah, probably. robinpaw's memory was soooooo good, pffft, of course he was going to get the name right. that being said, he felt the name holepaw was a bit too... off. it must be something close to that!!! robinpaw couldn't be failing memory. scanning through the names of all the windclan cats he remembered, hailpaw stuck out to him. yes! aha!!--wow, another one of those aha moments, perfect! it had to be hailpaw.
"hailpaw!! helloo! please saveeeeee me. i don't want to die younggggg... but i'm so bored. i know!!!! we can run into trees in the territory!! i'll race you?? actually, no.. you're probably too slow, right? ah.. well, i'm perfectly open for suggestions!!"
robinpaw gave the cat a little smile--he meant what he said. he was all for suggestions if it meant curing the -very contagious- disease called boredom!
|
Hailpaw looked at the apprentice who suddenly came barging to her, ready to open her maw to greet him as he greeted her, but quite clearly not even getting a mere second to react before he moved on to an utterly stupid idea and somewhat rude assumption. "excuse you?" she started "You're not going to die.. And why would you want to run into trees?" actually, no, maybe it would have been best to just not ask, though that was to late now "With that, you couldn't know whether I'd be to slow to race you or not.. In fact, I might even be faster than you" or so Hailpaw liked to think.
Nevertheless, he seemed friendly enough and if honesty was spoken, she herself might just be a tiny little bit bored-- but that he did not need to know! "You're Robinpaw, right?" she was quite sure he was, if not it would have been embarrassing. But straight to the point: "You do realise that running into trees isn't exactly all that bright.." it was simple as that "..but either way, I'd be up for a little race" a race could serve as a bit of running related training after all.. Might do both of them good. Plus, it would also allow her to prove him that she isn't as slow as he seemed to assume she might be.
"As long as we're not running into trees though" that she felt.. Might have been needed to add behind her words.

He chewed his lip at the comment about his siblings being... not very nice. It was true, but he would never say that out loud! In fear of getting throw into a ditch. "Oh-!" Puffy? She glanced herself up and down for a moment, seemingly noticing what a mess she was for the first time, "Sure, I guess," she replied, scooting closer to Puffinhop. Normally she would decline such an offer but she felt comfortable next to a cat that seemed about as jumpy as she was sometimes. Not to mention declining would probably feel even more awkward in this instance.
"Your aunty sounds nice." she mewed quietly.
