At sun-up, I'll wake you so we can head over to the Cattail Pond. It's a good place to learn how to swim and catch fish." He walked on to the bank, signalling with his tail that Stealthpaw should follow him.

"that's so nice of youu!!! yeah, we can definitely get moss! all the moss you need! anything!"

The tom gave his mentor a smile, pausing on top of a stone for a second as the other seemed to be..processing something? Or thinking to himself. Either way, the Apprentice took this few seconds of silence to look around at where they were. In terms of hunting, were they going to try fishing? Or were they going to look for the mammals that lived in the Riverclan territory? He wouldn't mind learning about how to catch either.

Sleepypaw's curiosity peaked, but he kept to himself as his Mentor spoke up once more. Amber hues flickered with amusement before he opened his maw, "If you wouldn't mind. I'd like to learn how to properly hunt during this trip. Hopefully I'll bring something back with me." he hummed, tail swaying behind him. Hopping down from his rock, the Tuxedo padded alongside Dayheart, looking up at the tom as he spoke up about the moss. Thinking about how much they would actually need he tilted his head to the side "I don't think we need a lot. But...if we do get some extra I'm sure some of the Senior Warriors wouldn't mind some softer bedding." he thought aloud.

Cottonstrike padded out of the camp with a limp. it had been a couple of days since his paw was sprained and he needed to get out. He was just taking a walk, since he wasn't 100% to hunt. Cottonstrike felt the wind on his long fur and he stopped for a moment to look up at the nice sky.

"There's Redspot," Thistlestep pointed out. "But it still doesn't matter. It's a matter of personal preference and you need to learn to understand and respect that. Not everyone wants to be a warrior; likewise, not everyone wants to deal with babies."

*River-whisker looked around the terriory, he was looking for a thing called poppyseeds.* AH Got it. *He grabs them them he found some cobwebs close by. He went back to camp as he grabbed a stick then went back to camp*

Since there didn't seem to be any resistance from the kit, Thistlestep went directly from the medicine cat den to outside of camp, and within a few moments, the river.

He did keep a firm grip around her scruff-- she had no chance of being ripped away by the calm river as he approached the bank and leaned down to dunk her into the water.

Now that she seemed sufficiently submerged, Thistlestep pulled her out and headed back to camp.
