Whiskernose took a deep breath. Where to start, where to start.....
"Well, it's not just the last Gathering, technically. You,"
He paused. Words, need to be said carefully, he doesn't want to make things worse.
"The few times we've spoken, I've noticed you aren't..... that you don't seem very fond of me. I.... if I've done something somehow in the past, I would like to know so I could make amends, or try to."
He felt they could be friends, very good friends. If they could just stop having this stand off everytime they were anywhere near each other. Actually, Neetlespark didn't seem too put off by him right now.
Why was that? What has every other time they spoke had in common that wasn't here now? Stress, from trying to help Windclan and the general tension at Gatherings?

He watches the tom. He seemed tense, nervous. Nettlespark couldn't help but feel a little bit guilty about that- After all, every time they ever seemed to interact was around Deadpool. When Whiskernose would inject himself into the picture like a pest he couldn't get rid of. Blinking, he looks away. He couldn't just say that, either. That was like announcing to his Clan that he, Nettlespark, was a traitor. 'I hate you because you always show up around the cat I like from another Clan,' doesn't have a good ring to it in the slightest.
"I don't think I have any excuse," he finally mutters. "Making pals isn't my strong suit. I guess that's one..." After another moment though, he frowns. Kitty brows knitting together, he relents to one thing. "How did you come to be such good friends with that WindClanner? It's... I don't know, it's weird don't you think? You padding after her?" He could pass it off as suspicion.

Frostpaw's eyes narrowed at the lack of intent to dodge. He saw the paw go up, but he was moving too fast to stop. He wasn't like Lion, who could change direction with the agility of a highly talented squirrel. But who said that he had to run over Shrewpaw? Frostpaw was still low to the ground from his previous crouch, so he simply attempted to bash into Shrewpaw rather than trampling him. Unless Shrewpaw was seriously skilled, then Frostpaw didn't see how the other cat could dodge. Then again, there was always a way.

Honeycreeper was absolutely flattered she thought to bring him part of her catch.
"Oh, thank you! That means a lot."
He was curious, though as to who went out with her. Apprentices still couldn't go out alone. He wasn't offended by any means, just curious.
"Who took you hunting, out of curiosity?"
It was quite thoughtful of them to take her hunting while he was asleep and not available.

"Oh, I went hunting with another apprentice, I didn't know I was supposed to go hunting with a warrior, if that is why you are asking." Venompaw said, she would go tell someone about what she had done by accident, she didnt want to lie about anything, if she had done something wrong

He guessed that made sense, but he wasn't sure he saw him act that way to anyone else? He.... also had previously known those cats before when he spoke to them. No to much h Whiskernose
Suddenly his brows furrowed in absolute befuddlement.
"You mean Deadpool? I hadn't known her until we returned her to Windclan. She's kind- I find her easy to get along with."
Wait, was that suspicion he heard?
"I- is it a problem? Being friends with her? I'm pretty sure we can have friends outside of our own clan."
This..... was not going the way he planned. At all.
