He stood up and went over to grab a poppy seed only to set it down infront of her
"here's your magic herb dear " he smiled. If it was enough to leave him alone then so be it. He was so tempted to just give her a bunch of them and hope shed take the lot- to see what that would do to her...but that would be pretty cruel so he decided it be best to not...And Buckstar wouldn't be very happy .

He gave a snort and a challenging spark in his eyes
"Buckstar wouldn't do anything that you would want him to do. I can assure you, and I have the right to not give you my services . Be glad it wasn't today . Next time, don't demand things from me or else I won't treat you at all " he meowed in a authoritative tone. " And by at all I mean never " he added. " now run along Frosty" he gave a small smile after.

Pinepaw limped into the medicine den, her skeletal frame making a snapping sound as she walked. She couldn't really see well so she mostly found it because of the herb scent.
"Ermmm... Buckstar sent me to get a check-up." she mewed impassively, curling her bony tail around her legs as she sat.

Buckstar's eyes tracked Cormorantglide across the den with giddy amusement, and he laughed. "Soon, huh? How about after the next Gathering? We can do it with whatever you choose, as long as it isn't dangerous. Just let me know when you want to get it started, huh?"

Buckstar winced and shuffled back several steps. Already these kids were tiring him out. "Sorry, kiddo, that's not going to happen," he addressed Kestrelkit. "Leaders need to be big and strong, and you're pretty small." He gave the kit a teasing grin. Then, to Sparrowkit, he said "Absolutely not,but thank you for the idea. Actually- you know what, why not? I'll give you your own little brigade of kits to look after, how's that- Wrenkit!" He cut himself off and hurried over to the other tiny kit, and peered sternly down at him. "No, you're not going to be deputy, and I'd appreciate it if you didn't mess with my nest, please."

As soon as the scent of ShadowClan touched his nose, Buckstar was on his feet, adopting an imposing posture and standing in the middle of the den. He glared down at Blizzardpaw for several silent seconds, then turned to Dawnfern with a dangerous glint in his gaze. "Why is there a ShadowClan apprentice in my den?"

Blizzardpaw scuffled his feet. "H-hi". He mwewed again. "I wont hurt you, let Dawnfern explain." he mewed.

The second meeting of Buckstar's leadership was underway. He scrabbled up the Thunderwillow's trunk and settled onto one of the lower-hanging branches, looking down at ThunderClan's camp for a brief moment before he took a deep breath. There were a few ceremonies to be done today. "Cats of ThunderClan, please gather beneath the Thunderwillow for a Clan meeting!"

Sugarsnow stood glancing around the den, it was quite tidy. A far bit better than she had been expecting, the place wasn’t all that busy most days anyways. She was always around to simply watch from the clearing as the hustle and bustle of life as it toddled on. No matter she wanted to get out anyways, the smells were making her quite dizzy. Before she could take a few more steps in she heard a very familiar, a very loud, voice. She jerked her head to the side feeling relief wash over her chest as Softbear bumbled into the den bringing affirming licks. “Volume bear! You are going to burst my poor ears!” when he noted her legs she offered a shrug lifting one of her legs to give it a disappointing wag.

That’s when Lionwhisker seemed to come to. Sugarsnow turned back to admire the golden tom with fleeting appreciation. Medicine cats... so wise. “Sorry deary, didn’t mean to wake you! But I’ve got a bad case of... well pain in my hind legs. Stepped in a puddle and now they’re burning”

( Shes got arthritis which usually gets worse with sudden drops in temperature )
