"I haven't seen my mentor around camp in a while, so I figured he wouldn't miss me, anyway."
She kept her tone cool, but she was just a little disgruntled that she had to go through training all over again. She had lied and said she was an outsider. She still hated it.

As the spotted sh-cat listened to the apprentice's words, her heart was stung by a feeling of guilt from her comment. She had just rubbed this apprentice's face in the fact that her mentor was missing... Her paws shifted slightly underneath her as she tried to shelter her guilt inside. She couldn't show that weakness; she was too respectable for that.

Taking a brief moment, Dappledheart flicked her ears and stood, "Well no time like the present. Let's go. " She gracefully moved towards the entrance of the camp, her tail brushing against Boulderpaw's muzzle as she passed, her sweet, springly scent wafting in the air. She had brushed her tail against the other in a playful gesture, hoping to ignite a humor in thier newly designed hunting patrol.

Smokepaw blinked at her mentor before quietly dipping her head in greeting. "Yes, I am." she simply responded, briefly touching noses with dawnfern. She didn't have to stretched her neck in order to reach her mentor, because fortunately she was a bit taller than most cats her age. She glanced back at the imaginary figure of her mother and smiled at it before looking back at her new mentor, "When are we training first?" she asked, her face practically devoid of any emotion. hopefully this cat wasn't going to be overwhelmingly joyous, but based off of what she had seen so far, that probably wasn't going to be an issue.

Dawnfern smiled. Smokepaw seemed nice. The muscular she-cat looked at her apprentice. "You're gonan be the best warrior ever because you have me for a mentor!"

Training. Hm... What did mentors usually do first? "We can go tour the territory whenever you want," she decided.

"Poor apprentices, they shouldn't have had to make that elder a nest—they would have missed out on socializing with the other cats!" Oakcreek said. But yet again, that's something that had already happened, and he couldn't change the past.

Lionkit did a cute growl, and spun in a circle, trying to bat her face, but fell down on his butt.

Nightkit stumbled backwards when hit batted her in the face and giggled before noticing he fell. Are you ok? She didn’t really sound as concerned as she wanted to but she was still getting up from the she had. { @Bramblefire01. }

"Yeah!" Lionkit mewed and got up and, and bounced over to her, tring to catch her flicking tail.
