Ryekit was sitting by the nursery, bored when she saw her friend. "Hi, Cottonpaw!" She mewed, padding up to him. "Have you learned some warrior moves yet? Can you teach me some?" Ryekit said. She wanted to be an apprentice, not a kit! She wanted to be training, learning how to defend her clan. But she wasn't old enough, yet. So maybe Cottonpaw could be like her mentor!

I am bigger than her tho. Can I really use it on her? Deciding not to, he meowed: "Look!" and jumped in the air, pretending to land on a enemy cat and stayed there.

Ryekit giggled, and tried to mimic Cottonpaw, leaping into the air as he did, but falling down wrong. She thought she was doing perfect, of course. "Rawr! Die ThunderClan!" She paused for a second, "Or WindClan! Or, um, what is the other one?" She asked, trying to remember. She hadn't had this much fun since she was with Mud! She winced at the thought of her friend, who was probably a housecat by now, or what the clan cats called them, kittypets.

Cottonpaw smiled. He noticed how she did it wrong, but decided not to tell her. "Riverclan." He kindly replied. Fish-eaters.. "They're the worst. Not too long ago, they raided our camp."

Ryekit scrunched her nose. "DIEEEEEEEE! RIVERCLAN!!" She screamed, pretending to rip open some RiverClan warrior. "SHADOWCLAN IS THE BEST CLANNNNNNNN!!!!!!!" well, maybe not the best, but close enough.

And then everyone would know SHADOWCLAN is the best clan! Her mind tugged on the thought, saying actually, windclan still is, But she shook it off. She was meant to be a cool ShadowClan cat! Why else would she have found ShadowClan first? “Good night!” Ryekit mewed before trotting away to the nursery.

Cottonpaw was grinning at the kit. "Yeah, I'm sure those fish breath's wouldn't stand a chance." The tom purred. He saw a slight doubt in the kit's face but before he was sure it was gone. "Night!" Cottonpaw bounded to the apprentice's den.
