Owlfeather's jaw dropped and she stared wide-eyed at her younger daughter.
"What are you thinking?" she spoke in a hushed but stern tone. She knew neither Hailstorm nor Citrusflower would hurt each other, of course. But the thought of having another one of her close family members involved in this mess, it was an unpleasant thought.

Citrsuflower looked at both cats. She knew what she was doing. She loved Shadowclan, but she couldn't stay here and perhaps it was best if she went after her niece. She looked at Whiskernose than at her mother. "Owlfeather If I didn't know what I was doing i wouldn't have said anything. She had ducked her head into the clearing just in time to hear a sickening snap. She stood still, it seemed as the whole crowd did. All she saw was a lump of black fur splattered against the Camp floor. Pale, frightened and even sickened faces of her clanmates filled the clearing more than the stench of fear and anger. What had just happened?

The Tabby took a step further into the clearing, the roars and upoar, the only crystal clear noise was the laughter of the new 'Deputy'. Not that she realized until the molly started yowling herself. Disbelief fell upon her features as she looked over at Beastspark. Than she really realized it was true.

Galeflame took a step back and held hear breath. She wasn't sure about how she was supposed to feel about Dawnstripe. She'd never seen the molly in action, not that she would've, she was a Thunderclan refugee. Maybe...maybe it was just the death of her mother getting to her. Yes. Maybe. But felines were already attacking, throwing themselves at her in attempts to clear...something.

She left Thunderclan to get away from madness like this. Yet it was worse by far over in Shadowclan. The molly could do nothing more than stand where she was. Petrified. She'd felt her toes twitch in an attempt to rush forwards, stop whoever was attacking their new...leader. But. She just couldn't move.

Whiskernose looked from Citrusflower to Owlfeather. He didn't know if the older cat was going to object to her leaving or not. Truly, neither of them could hold her to the clan.
Nor would he want to.
It was all going to hell, and Dawnstripe was obviously insane.
The farther she was from this insanity, the better.
