(Just rewatched Tron Legacy with Skye for her birthday yesterday... so you know I'm ready to continue this)
Naturally, the warrior blocked the blow with a well-timed jab of his fist. He was used to doing that, but only because it was his response to Beck's signature move- at least, one of his preferred moves.

[How was the birthday?] Amber called her disc back, and attempted to kick him again. This person couldn't dodge both the disc, and her... right? Amber knew the disc would slam into Tron's helmet, possibly knocking him out? Her kick was a distraction for the disc.

Amber's disc kept on coming. The disc went into Tron's helmet. Amber tried to escape his grasp, but it was a futile attempt.

Tron hadn't judged how long he'd been out of his healing chamber. Most skirmishes he had with other programs had ended fairly quick.
The dull, yet deep pain of the scar on his face intensified as the firewall's disc slammed into his mask, shattering just enough to expose his cataracted left eye.

(He's still alive. When programs die, they shatter into thousands of tiny aluminum-foil-like cubes (called "voxels") colored relative to their lightlines. For example, firewalls have red-orange cubes, most basics have blue, and ISOs have white. This shattering is called "derezzing".)
Tron recoiled, disc humming. He panted for breath and gritted his teeth, aware of the gash in his helmet. "Do we have to continue this, program?"
