A few tears started pouring out of his icy blue eyes. He shook his head. "I'm sorry..." He sniffled, brushing them away with his tail. "I... never even met my father before he died... I would talk to Cindermoon, but she's still devastated too... I havent told anybody about my struggles... I dont wanna bother them.. or you. I know your going through the struggle of a new father, I dont want to burden you with dealing with me too... You can leave if you want..." He sobbed once, then buried his head into his tail as he curled up on the ground in front of Paleglow's grave.

My new adopted father is none of my worries.
I just ignore him.
So I have plenty of time to be with you.
And by that I mean I am staying right here with you. @Spotted_Bread

He looked up at Mistkit, his eyes clouded with tears. "I'm sure you don't want to hear me cry for 1,000 moons... wouldnt you rather play with some of the kits than listen to me whine? It's okay if you want to leave, I understand.." He looked over at the grave, then placed his head back into his fluffy, ringed tail.

"Heh..." He looked back up, his face fluff ruffled with tears. "Those other kits are just stupid. Those dumb cats just dont understand..." He sighed, fixing up his face. "Thank you for staying here... its lonely sometimes.. I've lied several times to some of my clanmates saying I'm fine... I'm not fine.."

Honeypelt
[OPEN]

The cream colored molly padded into the clearing with a large yawn, stretching from her nap. It wasn't too long but it was enough to make her wish she had stayed sleep. That was nonsense though, she had to get back up eventually, there was always work to be done. Speaking of work, Honeypelt let out a small sigh at all the cats lounging around the clearing. It was if no one could feel the air getting colder day by day. Leaf-bare would arrive and all these cats would wonder why their kits were starving. Well, she better try and at least get one of these lazy bones up and moving.

Taking a quick scan of the situation, she spotted one cat chilling on their own not too far away and padded over to them quickly. Letting out a purr of greeting as she approached them, she quickly gave her fur a shake as she sat down hesitantly. She didn't know them personally and it was a struggle to remember there name at this very second. No problem though, she wasn't here to make friends, she was on a mission. "Hey there! Just a quick feeling, but would you fancy a quick hunt? The leaves are falling faster than I can count so I'd rather fill up the fresh kill pile while we still can, don't you agree?"

He sighed. "Thank you..." Icekit looked at Mistkit, a smile stretching across his face. He wiped away tears rolling down his cheek and rested his head on her shoulder. A sunset glazed the trees with an orangey glow (its sunset where I am rn). He yawned, stretching out his legs and tail. He sniffled one last time, calming down some from his sudden outburst. "Hey, do you wanna grab something to eat?" He asked Mistkit.
