Chris ran out of there. He sighed when he got far enough away. You were lucky. very lucky. He pulled out his lightcycle, and drove around for a few minutes. He went to the edge of town. Chris thought about going out there, butt what if she's in the city? What if she's in the Outlands? He sat there, thinking. he decided to drive back home. Chris could try tomorrow. He went by the tussle of the citizens and soldiers, and saw a citizen get derezed. He shook his head, and kept on driving home. He saw the garage that he got his bike worked on, and remembered that was the spot where the Occupation arrived. He sighed. All of this.. for what?

(For the record, this will not relate to anyone's post Just trying to use him as I have vowed to finally use him today-- Also, any of you can just throw your characters at him or smth, idc-)

Jaran crept around the alleyway, watching all the fighting in Argon. He scoffed, there was no way they could make peace like this. This war would never end. And he wanted no part of it. The only thing he wanted to do was tear CLU down. That was his main purpose, at least, after he made it his plan. He should've been glad to be an ISO but he wasn't, it wasn't easy.
It wasn't a blessing.
It was a curse.
For him, at least.
He sighed and mentally plotted a small escape route, he couldn't be seen. His damned white circuitry was exposed and they would know what he was. And he'd be derezzed. No way he was letting that happen. He dashed to another alleyway, sprinting the whole way. He would take alleyways, that would get him out of the city. Outside of the city had less people, so it was safer, right? Probably not.
Jaran continued dashing from alleyway to alleyway until he reached a certain point. Freedom. The outside of the city. He'd never seen it before. The sky was so much clearer here than in the city. It was.. pretty? He hid in the shadows, though his white and red circuitry made him stand out like the moon in the night sky. He growled under his breath, this made everything about 100% harder. But the real question was..
What would he do now?

Chris would not ask a second time. He looked around for anybody else. Nobody. Chris saw this ISO leaping from the alleyways. "Those lightlines are bright. You should lower the brightness." Chris was sometimes a jokester. Sometimes. He took his matter off the subject and returned to firewall-solider mode.

Jaran hissed in anger, of course he was caught. Just wonderful. AND a firewall soldier. Just fantastic. His eyes narrowed at the soldier and his dumb joke, he didn't think about that. "And what is a firewall doing outside of the city?" His voice was dripping with anger and sarcasm. Good. That's just what he wanted. But now he was stuck here. With a gun to his head and a firewall soldier that would no doubt turn him in immediately. And there he would go, derezzed and useless.
But wasn't he already useless?
No. He had to shut up. Or everything would start up again and he would scream at himself. He would second guess himself. The male ISO slid a leg under the soldier, in an attempt to trip him. Which would probably fail, but he was trying. There was no way he was being derezzed now. He refused. He'd made it this far. There was no going back.
