One of the soldiers pointed down at Chris. Chris stepped back, out of Pavel's sight line. They still continued to use the magnet. They kept on missing, or hitting Pavel.

Jaran didn't see the mystery program looking at him. He hissed and tried to crawl away from Pavel and the firewalls. He could barely see because of the pain of his broken leg. The ISO wouldn't give up, they continued to crawl without stopping.

The soldiers started to argue. The magnet stayed in one spot, as they were fighting. One of the soldiers jumped on Chris. They began to fight. The driver of the helicopter was still trying to get Pavel. The solider fighting Chris threw his disc at the Renegade in confusion. They kept on fighting.

Jaran heard the mystery program whisper to him and he flipped around to look at them, "I'm worthless, why are you trying to save me?" His tone was cold and harsh, he really did want to be saved, but his leg was broken which made him just a weight on someone's back. Then he noticed the disc and made an attempt to knock the.. Renegade? out of the way. He was on the ground so it wouldn't hit him, but it would for sure hit the other program.

The disc made a deep gash in his arm, and with a cry of pain, the Renegade fell to the ground, once again. He wasn't in danger of falling back into the pit, but he was definitely exposed to more attacks. Mustering his strength, he extended his good hand to Jaran. "There's... not much time. Please. If you... want to live... come with me."
