Oh, they had to do something.
Ashfeather looked too in pain to not do something, so Shockholly offered their tail for her to chomp on.
They didn't even think they could give her poppy seeds to ease the pain. Why were kits so fragile? And why did they have to be so painful to have? Why did anyone willingly do this to themself?
"Hey, you're gonna be ok. Wishpool has you, she knows what she's doing. Here, I don't have anything else, so bite my tail when it hurts. You got this."
They hoped their words were enough to get her through this.
Noticing Wishpool returned her attention to the kit, they looked at it.
Was something wrong with it?
Was it dead?
Oh, please don't be dead.
Ashfeather didn't deserve that.
Following Wishpool's previous actions, they bent their head and lapped at the kit's fur. Maybe it was just cold. Please be ok.

Nightpaw growled, only getting madder. Blackpaw's words were uppsetting to say the least. "Listen, I couldn't turn down the offer! She needed help, you're not the only one with problems!" He instantly regretted what he said, but didn't care at the moment. He had helped Blackpaw before, he had stood up for her and never betrayed her. He trusted her with this information, and this is what he got in return? Tears of hurt and anger pricked at the corners of his eyes. Why shouldn't he help Whitepaw? She had issues too! Her best friend was literally a murderer!

Why don;t you go live with those fishfaces?" Blackpaw hissed, only showing anger. She wouldn't let him see her pain. Her sadness. No. The tortoiseshell shook her head again, letting out a snarl.

Nightpaw's face made an unreadable expression. Blackpaw's words hurt more than anything at that moment, and a sudden rage began boiling in the depths of his emotions. "Just because I am loyal to my clan doesn't restrict my ability to help others. If you think that just because I'm not a selfish, spineless, cowardly kit, I am not loyal to my clan.." Nightpaw snarled, voice cold and unforgiving. Honestly, he was trying his best not to start screaming or sobbing. But he pushed down any feelings of regret and brought himself to full height, glaring down at Blackpaw. He was actually rather tall, and imposing when he wanted to be. ".. then maybe Whitepaw is a better friend." He hissed, bright yellow eyes aflame with anger and betrayal. (haha no worries he's not a sociopath, he'll be sobbing into his bed in a moment here)

Nightpaw smirked tauntingly. "Gladly." He hissed. At that moment, he was numb. He felt no remorse. He padded to the edge of camp, and what had just happened suddenly rushed back. All the emotions that he had supressed began to drown him. Nightpaw began to run, out of camp and into the territory. He didn't care that it was against the rules, all he cared about right now was Blackpaw. She'll hate you now! You idiot! You're the worst! You ruined everything and now you're gonna have to pay by never speaking to her again! Thoughts rushed through Nightpaw's head as he ran, tears streaming down his face. Blackpaw hated him! She would always hate him and he deserved it! (I used to get in a lot of fights with my sister and this is based off of those fights)
