All of Skye's circuitry was a shade or another of violet at this point. She was stunned; she had no idea what to say.
To have someone care about her was one thing, but this. This was something totally different.
And it made her feel... real. Alive.
And she couldn't hold herself back anymore.
She burst into tears of joy, clinging desperately to Chris and burying her face in his chest.

Chris sighed, and stood up, with Skye in his arms again. "Let's be on our way then." He began walking towards the garage.
