Jaran slowly picked up the disc from before and watched the soldier attempt to escape, then he aimed the disc right for the firewall's head. He threw it, it would probably miss, but it would at least skin him a little. The ISO huffed angrily, looked down at the other firewalls and grabbed another disc. He silently derezzed all of them, most of them were on the ground or unconscious anyways. He dropped the disc and brushed the hair out of his face. Jaran looked down at Amber, he hoped she was okay. "You alright?" His own voice was yet again, muffled to himself. He wouldn't be able to hear her, but she was probably okay, right? He held out a hand to her, lightly smiling.

Amber took his hand, and stood up. She hugged him. She buried her face in his chest. He was her hero. "T-thank you..."

Chris smiled. He knew that Skye was right. He gave her a kiss and held it. Everything was great. He had the best program ever by his side. They could date too.

Jaran's eyes widened in surprise, he wasn't.. used to hugs. Odd. She said something, but he couldn't.. really hear her. He hesitated before hugging her back. Hugs were odd. Yes. They were. This was.. quite new to him. He sighed and just kind of stood there awkwardly. "We should probably go back to the garage.." If they stayed out longer, they might be ambushed again. The ISO stepped away from Amber a little, he kind of hoped she knew where to go, he remembered most of the way, but there were a few points where he was unsure.

She couldn't stop the violet waves enveloping her circuitry, so she just let it flow through her lightlines. It... tingled, strangely. But it felt good. Like adrenaline, but-- softer. Was this what being in love felt like...?

Jaran followed Amber, his sight started to worsen the closer they got. He rubbed his head because it was aching. The colors were fading, everything was turning.. bleak and boring again. He squeezed his eyes shut and gritted his teeth, his head always hurt when he went from dark to light. He opened his eyes, everything was blurry again. His crimson eyes fading back to dark red. He reached out into the blur, reaching for the girl. She could help him, right?

"Sorry. You are stronger then me. " He kept her pinned. He smiled. Chris wanted to play with her some more. He stared into her jade eyes, he got entranced in them.

Amber felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked back, and held his hand to guide him. She wouldn't let her new bodyguard run off. Amber wondered why he couldn't see. She asked him why. Maybe he'll know?
