Mistyfang trotted along through the tall pine trees of ShadowClan territory, hoping to catch some prey. The soft pine needle carpet comforted his pads. He stopped in his tracks, as he felt a cat was following him, watching him. He turned around, and saw a cat crouching in the distance.

The rogue was stalking a mouse, carefully concentrating, and then she pounced. Carrying the mouse in her jaws, her head held high, she padded forward.

his claws.

Duskfern heard the voice of an unfamiliar cat. She thought it was just the wind at first, but curiosity got the best of her, and she ran to see who was meowing. There, she ran into Mistyfang facing an unknown rogue. She hissed.
“And who might you be?” Duskfern growled, her back arched and fur spiking up.
