" She squealed with delight, and started clumsily hoping around, forgetting to hide the little stump of her missing leg with her tail. She was to excited to even bother. Horaaaaay!

Sparkfrost winced, exhaling through his teeth, “Ah, well, yes, but not because you ran into me.” He joked lightly, shaking his pelt and gingerly lifting his left paw to avoid putting weight on it, “Don’t worry about it, it’s just a sprain. It will heal, but I may go mad before then. I can hardly do anything.” The young warrior huffed irritably, ears flattened against his head.

"Oh are you... uh.. Snail... Sn-Snailswirl?" Weren't they the medicine cat apprentice for Windclan? "Really? I have no idea how to get there.. I should've asked Fawnsqueak if i'm being honest. Anyway, i'm Sparrowskip and this is Snakepaw. And I would love to follow you there." @elysian @Rani

Oh this was another medicine cat! They must've been the one to stay with riverclan recently to boot, Snakepaw generally being a very healthy cat had never met them and had only seen them in glimpses which he'd dismissed focused on other things. Still this wasn't some random warrior and he was hoping to ask some questions of the older cat so being polite was probably prudent for once.
.....That meant he couldn't snark though, damn. So all he could do was ease his tense posture and let out a short but not as sassy as his usual tone "Heya good to be meeting you. Im sure the other medicine cats are furious with how long we're taking so anyone at all to make us even slightly less late would be a blessing thank you, Im sure your fellow medicine cat must be antsy if they even are still waiting for you too. At this point I was almost willing to go off on my own myself in hopes of stumbling on it by accident to be honest." He finished with a small chuckle. Ok that last bit may not be as polite as he intended it to be but in his defence Snakepaws snark machine was faulty and the off button was broken completely by now.

Beekit stumbles into the camp, covered in nettles and burs. They grumble and spit a bit of dirt out of their mouth, sitting down in front of the Breezerock. Their pelt is messy and ruffled, their eyes are dull, and they have an overall air of shame and anger. Beekit doesn't say anything about their disappearance, just sits and waits for their leader to see them.

Glad that Skykit was happy instead of terrified, Wishpool gave her a gentle nudge towards the entrance. Why don't we go in then? There's no time like the present! Deciding maybe she ought to head in first herself, she stepped over the small kit, heading into the shadowy den, looking around. At least no one was charging them immediately, so that was always a win for her anyway. Once inside, she gave a purr, nudging Skykit again gently with her nose. Go take a look around! she mewed, heading for her nest. @Fern

Wait. Wait. Hold up. Just a brief moment ago there had been the warrior ceremony and then proceedings with the reassignment for the apprentices and then suddenly he was named deputy? Folding his face into neutral folds, the silver tom was unable to help the small smile that lit up his so often downtrodden face. Life it seemed had finally given some luck despite what seemed to be pain upon pain with the disappearance of others. Now maybe, there was a chance to make things right, and to help out with what he cherished most of all: Windclan. What was he meant to do? Say something? Just stand there? Sit up, not react at all? He was puzzled all for a brief second as he tried control everything that was rushing through him right at that moment and found himself unable to. Nevertheless, he stood up and smiled around to the faces of the clan before, making his way over and then sat down by the foot of the Breezerock. His new spot. Catching Twilighstar's gaze, he nodded his head with gratitude, fearing the emotions in his voice where he ot speak. This was something unexpected, but... he liked it. And would grow into his role he presumed, no matter the age there was room for growth. It was the chant that did shock him mainly though, it was unexpected but... he liked it as well. It was nice of them to do.

Skykit squealed with excitement one last time, and paused to take in the scents around her before limping in. It smelled like food! And freinds! And it was so, so, warm! She soon started hustling all around the nursery, looking at all the other kits, amazed by what she saw. More kits, some exactly her size and age. She turned around in circles clumsily, more overjoyed than her little kitten heart could process "I get to live here? With you, big nice smelling cat? This is the bestety bestety best best place EVER IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!" And there's no sign of the big loud water! Maybe I won't get thrown in!
