"You don't have to repay me. Being here for me is payment enough." She was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't upset with her for giving him the lifesaving upgrade disc.

"Well... we were headed towards the market before Pavel showed up," Skye said, hatching a plan. She remembered that Chris lost his staff in the arena-- and a staff would be quite useful to have around. "Maybe you could show me how to get there?"

"Sure. " He stood up and held out a hand for Skye. "I should know where it is, but this is Purgos, so we need to be careful." Chris looked around for anybody watching them. Or knowing who he was wouldn't be fun either.

Chris walked towards the market, at a pace in which Skye should be able to keep up with. "If you want me to slow down, just ask." He kept Skye quite close to him. He didn't want to lose her in Purgos.

"Okay." She was doing alright from her perspective; it was a brisk walk, but she could handle it. Her shorter legs could be really inconvenient sometimes. She scanned the colorful arrangements for a staff for Chris.

Chris turned a right and landed up at the market. Programs were everywhere, and it was very sketchy. "We're here, but stay close. I don't want to lose you in the crowd." He hoped he didn't sound too overprotective. He cared about Skye a lot!

"Okay, I got it." She spotted a window full of stylized weapons-- lightswords, extra discs, and thankfully, some different kinds of staffs. Perfect!
