"It isn't your fault... " Chris looked at her, picked her up, and put her in her bed. "Just go to bed Amber... I'll be here..." He tucked her in, and closed the door. He ran to Skye and hugged her. He buried his face in her shoulder, letting the tears out.

Skye hugged him back, albeit gently. "Shhhh... it's okay. I'm here..." She rubbed one of his shoulders with one hand, hoping he knew it was okay to be emotional around her.

Chris kept on crying. He buried his head more into Skye's shoulder and hugged her even more tightly. He nodded when she talked, he was too sad to say anything back.

"Mhm..." Chris calmed down a little when she ran her hand through his hair, it was very relaxing. He stopped crying, but wouldn't let go of her. Not yet. He still needed her. He wouldn't stop hugging.
