Chris smiled, and grabbed Skye's hand before she could leave. He gently pulled on her hand, asking her non-verbally to join him. He looked up with I-don't-want-to-be-alone-without-you eyes.

"Well... do you think Amber would mind?" she asked timidly. Not that she didn't want to stay. She didn't have anywhere else to go-- and she'd be more than happy to spend the night here.

"Heh, I think only you've told me that," Skye chuckled bashfully, tiny violet lines blooming across her face. "And... no, I don't have somewhere to be... I really don't have anywhere to go. You know me, being an ISO and all... nobody else really wants me around."
