Seizing the kit as it slipped out, Wishpool quickly lapped at it, relieved that this kitting seemed to be as problem free as her own. Thankfully quite unlike Ashfeather's and Echowinds. She didn't really look at the kit, just placing it underneath her fluffy belly before turning back to Swiftsnap, the anger largely gone from her mind. Good job, keep pushing. The rest should come out easier. she purred, having been mainly worried that it would get complicated like before. Because that had just been awful. But if it was going smoothly, Wishpool didn't mind seeing kits brought into the world at all. @Dovey the Present @feather lily

A bit surprised by the hostility of Breezefeather when she mentioned what her sister said, Deadpaw cocked her head sideways, looking at him with a puzzled expression on her face. She wasn't sure if she wanted to tell him who it was, it would just lead to more, fairly awkward questions she wasn't sure she wanted to answer, but she also knew she was a horrible liar and her face would give her away. She wasn't good at masking her emotions at all.

Taking a little, kind of wheezy breath, Deadpaw answered It was.......my sibling. Wanting to clarify, since she had older ones and littermates, she added One of my older ones. She had been getting comfortable, relaxing a bit, but now it was tenser, more worrying. She didn't like talking about that, but it might be good, at some point for her. Not that she really cared. What she cared about was the now, and how angry and horrid it made her feel to remember it.

She had been chasing the butterfly, it was so beautiful. And she was going to ask it to make her pretty. And it was going to. And then everyone would love her. And then it flew over her sister, and she had asked her sister how she got pretty. Because chasing butterflies was HARD! They could fly! But her sister hadn't helped her. She had said she could never be pretty. And that no one liked her. And Deadpaw had run away, never going back to her mother's nest, not wanting to see the cat that hated her enough to want her to disappear.

Snapping her out of remembering, bringing her back to the world where she didn't need her apparently idiotic family for anything. At least being interesting didn't mean she was bad. That was a relief. Pushing out a smile, which was a little but not fully forced, Deadpaw mewed Well that's a relief! In an attempt to redirect the conversation, she asked quickly What's it like being deputy? Is it super cool, or scary or something? she hadn't been the kind of kit to dream about being leader, but now that she was with the maybe future leader.......she might as well learn a little bit.

Swiftsnap let out a hiss. She stopped herself from saying easy for you to say! The next kit was coming. It came out. The little tom squeaked before trying to get milk. He squeaked, no idea where he was tripping too.

Beekit sighed, alone and bored. They were laying in their nest, head in their paws as they watched the other kits play. It seemed they were a bit out of place from their one month absence- all of their old playmated had moved on, leaving Beekit alone to wallow in their own embarrassment. They loook around the nursery, searching for someone to talk to, when their eyes fell upon a tortoiseshell-and-white she-cat who looked equally as bored as themself. Standing up, Beekit padded over to the other kit and sat down next to her, trying to look cool.

He went out into WindClan territory, feeling the wind blowing through his thick fur and the long grass tickling his paws. Wolffang sighed contentedly before looking back at Tidepaw. Only a true WindClanner could experience this. Maybe I should be a little less harsh, he thought to himself. Outsiders need to prove themselves. I have to admit, I have known some good warriors that used to live outside of the Clans. Well, but still. Tidepaw had to learn that he had to work for a worthy position.

"Yeah", he said, slightly embarrassed. The last few days had been rough for him. "That's what I meant." Stepping onto Windclan territory for the first time, Tidepaw quickly ran after Wolffang, his spiky fur getting flattened by the wind.
