seriously, what the hell was wrong with kits? Everything. Everything was wrong with them. From their tiny little brains to their squeaky little voices, everything about them was straight from the dark forest. Glidingfeather scrunched up her muzzle when she felt the kit touch her, and she almost immediately pulled her paw away from Goslingkit. Her ears swiveled back to listen to the small pattering of the kits pawsteps, her posture relaxing in relief as she realized the kit was, hopefully, gone. Thank the stars, too.

Oakcreek emerged into the clearing. The sunlight was still warm, but the air was starting to get pretty chilly. It felt like it had been a minute since he'd talked to a kit/told a kit a story.

Wisteriamoon sat down in the clearing. He took a moment to groom the cream patches he had on his fur, which were quite messy.

Blueface crept into the warriors den and settled down in his nest, flicking out stray pieces of old moss with his tail. he sighed and rested there, nearing sleep.

GoslingKit realized what would make GlidingFeather happy! She trotted up to the little flower she ate a vole with and picked it, she skipped back with the daisy in her mouth. "Here ya go! It's a little present! My mama said that giving is better than getting! So here, take good care of him, eat with him everyday or he'll get lonley." The siamese set the flower down in front of her and waited for GlidingFeather to pick it up.

Dawntail moved into the nursery. She could tell she was only a few sunrises away from birth. She just wished her mate, Duststrike, would be more thrilled. Yes, he hates kits, but she thought he'd be happy to have his own. And maybe he will, who knows...
