The russet she-cats heart dropped as she heard small pawsteps coming closer to her, and she realized that she was being paid yet another visit by the annoying kit from before. Slowly turning her head, Glidingfeather curled her lip as she gazed down at Goslingkit and the...flower? Gross. As much as she wanted to refuse, she knew that once she took the 'present', she would be left alone. So, going against her instincts, she rolled her eyes and scoffed, ¨Fine.¨ she mewed, begrudgingly placing a front paw on the flower.

"Okay bye!" She mewed, skipping away. "That was fun!" GooslingKit said to herself as she went to find something else to do. (ik it was short but since she's just leaving it wouldn't matter)

Passionkit let out a huff turning away from him and moving the mouse even further away. She was tempted to throw it into the woods or something but that’d be a waste so she decided to hang on to it and give it to Buckstar personally...or give it to Peachkit who seemed to be behaving luckily. Sheeesh she felt like the mom of these two!

Of course the moment she moved it farther away Blackberrykit had snatched it when she was distracted. The nerve! The little-oh he has depression. Since when? Two minutes ago he was yammering on about prey and being all happy? I don’t buy it! If he is though I’ll say sorry....I guess. The blue gray furred Molly was about to say something when her brother rambled something about Glidingfeather being mean and her getting the deputy. “First of all it’s be a pleasure and honor to be mentored by the deputy! Second she’s not mean! 3rd don’t you bother Buckstar!” She snapped.

She was already irritated when Blackberrykit foolishly broke the thin ice he’s been sitting on. Now he was going to plummet into the deep dark dressing ocean below. “If anyone’s going to be sitting on their lazy bum in camp doing nothing it’s you!” She hissed through clenched teeth trying not to give in to her rage. It failed and she attempted to pounce on Blackberrykit. After a moment of pinning him down she got up dusting off her paws and glaring. Passionkit cleared her throat and took a deep breath, “I apologize for my brash behavior but would like to inform you that a Molly has a much of a right to hunt as a Tom maybe even more so. I’d also like to point out two of the others clans leaders are female and so is our deputy” She said the last bit pointedly.

Watching with fairly significant alarm as the fire child bounced up for her ceremony, Fleetwind huffed out a breath of exasperation. THAT was one that ought to stay in the nursery all their life if you asked him. And child that ran around screaming about fire in and excited way was really NOT going to be good for a clan in a very flammable forest. He was just glad he didn't have any chance of getting her as his apprentice, Falconpaw was MUCH safer he thought for everyone involved.

Catching the angry way Buckstar swarmed up the tree and the dangerous glance he threw at Frostbreeze, it was not going to be good for the medicine cat, at least by his calculations. Still, Fishfin wasn't about to say anything annoying or disturbing, instead snuggling up next to soft petal with a purr. How are you today Mrs. Wonderful? he asked in a rather silly voice, tail swinging to tap her shoulder lightly. @Dusty bells.

Her paws pattering on the packed earth, Brightpaw plopped down quickly to watch Buckstar, almost pleased that there were no apprentices becoming warriors. It made her feel a bit better about her own not-warriorness. Which she was trying to do something about, but it was hard. Especially when she didn't get much attention from her mentor.

We looked around for prey to hunt for Buckstar to see if he can make us both apprentices early, I caught the fattest mouse I’ve seen, I helped Flutterkit hunt hers though, since she was having trouble. After we hunt the mice, we thought we could hunt more, so we ventured off, far enough for us to get lost in ShadowClan territory, we got scared and thought we couldn’t ever get back to home. Luckily, that’s when Lionpaw came in, asking what we were doing, I told him what happened, and that’s when he took us back to camp, saying he will tell Buckstar what we did. OH! WOW! She was an apprentice! Finally.... could she ask to become a warrior immediately. "BUT... I beat you already! I know how to climb! and fight! Why do I have to be an apprentice?" Like it wasn't like she didn't want to be an apprentice but she knew all the apprentice stuff so didn't that mean that she could become a warrior directly? Wasn't it like... fair?

Oh well... she was stuck with mean ugly teeth guy. BEcause he DID have ugly teeth. Sticking her tongue out at Buckstar she looked around for ugly teeth guy. "Ugly teeth guy were are you? You're apparently my mentor. Fire fire fire! Can you teach me how to start a fire?"

Slightly miffed at being excluded from Lionkit's praise, Flutterkit felt the need to remind them of her involvement. "I caught a mouse too!" she protested. "It was huge! As big as me!" She kept her eyes averted from the scrawny rodent on the fresh-kill pile.

Lionpaw had a feeling that this wouldn't be an easy battle - which was a good thing! The more difficult the challenge, the funner it tended to be, as long as it wasn't actually life and death, of course. Although, real events were undoubtedly more exhilerating.

The second Falconpaw moved into her crouch, Lionpaw bolted to the left. He ran away from the battle, not exactly fleeing, in the direction of the edge of camp. Clan cats had a bad habit of standing still. They seemed to believe that facing an enemy, no matter how strong, head on was an advanced tactic. Er, no—where did they even get that from? Not moving made felines an easy target. The best strategy, especially when one didn't have an actual strategy yet, was to move, move, move!

Or at least, that's what Lionpaw believed, and he hadn't died yet.

Falconpaw was a swift cat, though, and Lionpaw was definitely aware that if he'd waited two seconds longer, his ears would've been lost in a real battle. Four bounds later, the golden-furred tom pivoted, quickly scanning for his sparring partner. Had she chased after him, stood still, or stalked away? The latter would be the most disastreous for the older apprentice as he would find fighting an invisible enemy much, much more difficult than sparring with someone in plain sight.
