Smallthorn stared at the warrior with wide eyes. "And you're just going to skip past the part where you hurt me?" he challenged. He could feel the tension between the two of them, and he ignored everything happening in the clearing around them. He knew he shouldn't be getting so worked up at his old age, it really wasn't good for him. And over something like this, especially. He wasn't an apprentice anymore, for Starclan's sake.

ashfur stopped " fine and then i hurt you AFTER you threatened me, i was an apprentice you scared me" he said andhe was scared then but he also had a temper, he didnt like fighting with smallthorn, he didnt have his temper anymore and smallthorn would be a good friend.

Smallthorn almost rolled his eyes, but caught himself before he did. "Well you shouldn't have challenged me like that Ashfur, you were an apprentice. Pretty bold of you I'd say." he replied. He almost chuckled at the situation. "Although I admire the boldness I guess, I never would have done that." he said as he attempted to reason with the cat. He really just wanted to stop hating him, as hard as it may be.

" ya i was to bold for my own good, do you mind if i sit next to you" ashfur chuckled he had said that vary akwardly, he was still young but he learned a lot befor becoming a warrior and one of those things was to no be so bold

Darkpaw noted that this cat seemed to be okay with her.. overjoy. "Oh! I was just trying to make a new friend, is all. And you seemed nice!" She could see his scars and marveled at them, "Woah! How'd you get these?" He might not want to go into it, but maybe he would. This cat really was interesting! And he seemed so nice! He'd be the perfect friend, stories to tell, awesome looking, and he was nice! Her grin remained on her face, for she was excited to become his friend. He seemed so cool! Maybe he'd fought for Shadowclan once.. who knew? Well, only he would, but whatever. Then she realized she hadn't even gotten his name yet.. She would ask him later! Yeah, she'd ask him later.

He let out a deep purr that rumbled within his throat only for him to recline. He had a long scar across his chest and a medium sized one on his nose bridge. He just let out a smirk "I could use some friends too,What's your name? " then his eyes sparked at the mention of his scars. His smirk grew even wider and his pride glowed. "Just a pesky skirmish. Some mouse brain didn't listen so I put her in her place- " he couldn't remember her name, but of course it was someone who didn't listen and shut up. When cats did that it angered him to no end. Like a she cat, he studied his left claw a few times.

So he really was cool! Darkpaw's smile seemed to get wider, "I'm Darkpaw, what's your name?" She continued to be amazed by his scars and his story, "Even a skirmish is awesome! Did you win?" Her eyes twinkled with amazement and wonder. She couldn't get over how awesome he was! The apprentice giggled as the way he was posing, he looked like a prideful she-cat. It was funny! She couldn't help but giggle and laugh some, because of how well he pulled it off!

Smallthorn raised his eyebrows at Ashfur's gesture. "Hm. Well I guess I don't mind," he decided. He scooted over a bit as he watched Ashfur. He was honestly quite surprised that Ashfur wanted to sit down next to him. Maybe, hopefully, he had changed since he had been an apprentice.

Smallthorn cracked a small smile at Ashfur's words. He stared straight ahead of him. "Well.." he thought. Was he really going to forgive him this fast? It was nice of him to finally come around.. "Your apology is accepted, Ashfur," he decided. "It's a good thing that you cared so much about the warrior code, as young as you were. I was wrong to be breaking that," he said. He was glad that the two were finally working things out. Maybe one day he could consider them friends? He wouldn't mind a younger friend too, because he didn't care to listen to other elder's stories. Maybe Ashfur approaching him today wasn't so bad.
