He stood dumbly though he found himself instinctively accepting the embrace. Who would've thought that the first thundercat to hug him would be the one feline he was wary of within the clan? Alright… no, it wasn't alright. Not so soon. He needed time to sit back and reflect; perhaps, then he would feel better. Buckstar pulled back, and Lionpaw glanced at his own golden fur blotched in red. The adrenaline was wearing off, but his mind was too numb to comprehend the pain. Somewhat good? Or not. At his leader's words, the abyssinian murmured, "Alright," even though it wasn't. He turned towards the exit and retreated slowly, hoping that the drying wetness would soon leave his eyes.

"No, it's fine," Cedarleaf said. She knew Lionpaw was talking a little slower, you noticed things like that when you lost a sense. She was actually glad he was talking slower. It made it easier on her. It was also nice to have someone to talk to. She took another bite of her food, then looked up again. "Any news?" she asked. @ bmkmb

Not again. It seemed that every single time Lightningkit played with Cicadakit, he got hurt. But right now, Lightningkit was too focused on catching the WindClan Tigerkit. @ Wynter @ Christmassy Kipo
