Wrenkit stiffened momentarily as Buckstar grabbed him, unaccustomed to being hugged due to the last few moons. However, he quickly melted into the hug and dug his face into Buckstar’s fur with a sniffle. Finally his misadventure was over.

Thank the stars Buckstar cared about him. Wrenkit hadn’t felt safe in a long time and the embrace of the older tom felt like water to a dying plant. He had forgotten the warmth of Thunderclan. Finally he was home. Blinking open his big, wet eyes, Wrenkit nodded vigorously before balling himself up in Buckstar’s embrace once more.

Glidingfeather padded out into the cool clearing, eyes sweeping over the cats for anything out of the ordinary. (Just a throwaway post, you can respond if you want)

Passionkit let out an annoyed huff as Tigerkit’s jaws closed over her neck fluff. She quickly tried to shake him off and due to him only having caught some of her fur in his mouth she assumed it’d work. The young Molly was already regretting her decision to engage in this horrible tussle. Why did other enjoy this......uncivilized practice so much?

Tigerkit was shaken away with Passonkits fur in his mouth. Spitting it out, he scrambled to his feet and tried to leap onto her back.

Stonenettle raised his steely glare and fixed it on Frostpaw, his lip curling in distaste. Why was she talking to him? There were several other cats relaxing in the clearing - why was he the one she chose to bother? He huffed to himself and settled his chin back on his paws again.

She was still talking. It seemed there was no ignoring her.

With a sigh, he lifted his head again. "Yes," he drawled, clearly already hating the conversation. "However, it seems she has already vanished." Not really a shame, if you asked him. She'd broken her leg, spent moons in the medicine den with this useless soul in front of him - she probably never would have made it anyway.

Ugh, now it sounded like he was agreeing with her. Fantastic. "Why are you talking to me?"

Upon turning Kestrelflame identified the cat as her former den mate, Lionpaw. The tom was older than her and possibly even had more experience than her. However, he was a troublemaker from what she gathered and had been held back with all the mischief he had gotten into. What it was she didn’t really know or care, Buckstar could deal with that stuff. Kestrelflame was fine not knowing all her Clans history, well at times.


With his words she finally realized what he wanted. He was pleading her to take him out of camp with her. It was a strange thing to witness yet the calico honestly kind of liked how he pleaded her like she had an authority over him. Actually, she did, he was still an apprentice and she was a warrior. Oh, that made this even more interesting now that she thought of it.

She took a moment to respond, whiskers twitching as she studied him a while. “Yes, I am going out hunting.” Kestrelflame confirmed. “If you want to so much, I guess you could join me. Extra paws could be helpful.” The calico added. She wasn’t totally against Lionpaw joining her but was also a bit reluctant for him to at the same time. It wasn’t her original plan, but some plans could be changed if need be. Besides if she was honest, she did need to get to know someone in the Clan.

“Well, if you want to go, we should head out.” Kestrelflame informed the tom waving her tail back above her. If they were both going to hunt this was going to be different than her original plan. She wasn’t sure how to think about that, it would keep her from doing experiments in her hunting ideas. Doing experiments with others was just annoying and risky, she needed to know something worked first.

MapleDawn padded over to LinneTwing sitting near the queen "Hey LinneTwing you doing alright? ya looked like you could use some company" the she-cat asked, she wasn't all that close to the queen but she loved talking to her fellow clanmates

Linnetwing looked up at Mapledawn with a friendly smile. "Yeah I'm doing fine. I could always use some company.", she meowed. She was pretty sure Shiverkit didn't need a cat looking over their shoulder. They were old enough o know better.

Fizzlekit had been right near the fresh kill pile, looking at all of the prey. He wasn't quite old enough to eat anything from the pile and plus his mother would have to cut it up for him anyway. The young tom kit flickered his tail a bunch, not really have much control over it. Fizzlekit glanced up when a cat padded up to him. "Fizzlekit I am. Love prey pile.", he responded.

Fizzlekit had been awake for hours and he was unable to go back to sleep, so the kit decided to try to leave the nursery. Without watching where he was going he ran right into another kit. His tail flickered a bunch and he gave the other kit an apologetic look. "Sorry Fizzlekit am.", he meowed. Fizzlekit didn't know better and he wished he wasn't clumsy.

"Okay," Lionpaw repeated bluntly. He flicked his tail, somewhat disappointed in the lack of response. "Is there anything you'd like to know about your new rank at all?"

Lightkit's mood was worse than usual.. He'd just gotten annoyed by Eaglekit who often bullied him. He had been grooming his tail vigorously and glaring at everyone. Looks like he hadn't been able to see the kit. He was furious now. Ugh, great, another baby to get in his way.
"Is that all you're going to say? Are you blind as well as stupid?" he mewed. He was sure the kit had done it on purpose. They were mocking him!
