Sherlock was asleep. The pain was non-existent, he couldn't feel anything. He stirred from Moriarty's sigh but fell back asleep.

Moriarty held a yawn in. He was slightly getting tired by the minute, but not sleeping until he felt he really needed to.

Sherlock's crack grew a small bit bigger. It slowly gre bigger, but it wasn't noticeable.

Moriarty still continued to try and patch Sherlock, eyes in mere slits. He forced his eyes open more and with the attempt they closed and opened back up to slits again.
